Hello everyone,

I had a very good week last week, managing to stay consistent with my workouts. I really do find that when I exercise in the morning, I feel much better for the rest of the day. Here's what I did last week:

MON: MIC (modified on a 6" step)
TUES: KPC Premix #4; SuperSets
WEDS: Step Fit
THURS: 10-10-10 cardio; Muscle Endurance Upper Body Premix
FRI: Rhythmic Step; Leaner Legs (no ab work)
SAT: Cardio and Weights
SUN: Rest

Stacey, I hope you're feeling okay these days. You mentioned you had some contractions last week - how are things?

I look forward to hearing about everyone else's weeks!

Hi Sandra. Your workouts were great!

Hope everyone is doing well. I am getting so tired! I got 4 workouts in last week, but have not worked out since Friday. I am so tired - especially after working 8 or 9 hours in my office, standing for most of it. My business partner and I really changed our work schedule and layout in August and it's taking it's toll on my pregnant body. I'm much more used to working 4 hour days, but we had our biggest month ever (in the 6 years we have been in business) in August and it looks like September is going to beat that. Fun...working tons of hours with a newborn! Not sure how I'm going to manage that, but I know one thing - after being in business for this long and having 2 older children - I will survive. That should be the theme song for my business! :)

My workouts:

Sunday: All Step
Monday: Step Works warm up plus section 1 & 2
Tuesday: Off
Wednesday: Warm up, Power Max section 2 and Step Works section 3
Thursday: Step & Intervals
Friday: Off
Saturday: Off (but shopped all day!)

I was really hoping to get to Leaner Legs last week, and I may still try to do it this week, but I am so tired, and my stomach has really been bothering me. The baby is so low now, that pretty much everything has gotten uncomfortable. I may just be at the point now where I don't workout again until 2 weeks post partum. We'll see. I should take walks in my neighborhood. Just with my schedule what it is, the time for me to workout is in the morning when my energy is at it's highest. As the day goes on, I simply get too tired.

I have a dr's appt tomorrow and will see what my progress has been. I am pretty sure I am dilated to at least a 2. I hope baby decides to come soon! I am so ready to meet him.

Take care everyone.

Hi! You girls are truly an inspiriation! Wow! I have exercised more this week, being that I am getting used to teaching again (I was off for the summer). I did a lot of walking, did two upper body workouts on my Bowflex and went to the gym once (I wanted to do lower body, but my baggy shorts wouldn't allow it). I am going to the gym tomorrow to do some cardio (about 1/2 hour, and lower body-I'll try again, with tighter shorts). I just got done doing one of the Kick/Punch/Crunch and lower body combo. workouts, and it kicked the wind out of me. I had to take a lot of breaks, and my heart started beating really fast a few times, so I just walked around the house till it settled down. Then, I took some of the higher impact moves out.

I just started my 12th week, and I have my next dr's appt. on Tuesday, so I will let you know how it went. My nausea is spaced further and further apart (usually happens on the weekends-don't quite know why).

Take care!
-Jen
