Pregnancy Check-in Week of 03-07-04

It's Sunday night and my husband left awhile ago for 5-days of training in Dallas, TX. I'm lonely, so I thought I'd post my workouts before heading up for bed. At least my kids are with me. That makes it not so bad.

Sunday: Off
Monday: Step & Intervals & 1 mile walk
Tuesday: Off
Wednesday: Step Jump & Pump Warm-up, plus section 1 & 2
Thursday: Step Jump & Pump, warm-up, plus section 3 & intervals
Friday: Leaner Legs
Saturday: Off

Hope you all had a great week. I had a dream last night that I was having a boy. I previously dreamed that I was having a girl. I can't wait to find out!

Here is my week...

Sunday - off
Monday - Bootcamp
Tuesday - step, punch & crunch: WU, hi/lo1, hi/lo2, hi/lo4, lunges, biceps, chest, triceps, abs, planks, cool down/stretch
Wednesday - Power Hour
Thursday - off
Friday - walked
Saturday - Tone it Up (slim series)

I've started to wrestle with back aches this week. I find that sitting for long periods of time is the worst - I've been trying to sit up straighter and that seems to be helping.

Sara - you out there? Have not heard from you in a few weeks. Let us know how you are doing when you get a chance...

Hi there!
The week flew by but I had lots of energy. Gave the Timesavers a shot last week.

Sun: Timesaver #1
Mon: TS #2
Tue: Off
Wed: TS #3
Thu: TS #4 (a.m.) & Yoga (p.m. as instructor)
Fri: TS #5 (enjoyed this TS the most)
Sat: Simply Circuit

Leg presses are usually not a problem but, since I've been pregnant, doing that exercise gets my heart rate racing.

Hi girls! Thanks for checking on me Christy! I have been really busy getting the baby's room ready and the weather has been so nice so I haven't had that much time to check in. The week that I missed the check-in, I did pretty well as far as workouts go. This past week, I have had a much greater desire to do cardio than weights. I was never like that last time I was pregnant, but I guess that they are all different, right?? Well, here was last weeks workouts:
Sun: off
Mon: Push/Pull
Tues: C&W-cardio only
Wed: Firm-CoreCardio2
Th: TS #1
Fri: off (my friend had a scheduled C-section so I was at the hospital most of the day)
Sat: TS #2

Glad to hear all is well for you!

It is funny how our tastes change...even when it comes to workouts. This is baby #1 for me so I have nothing to compare it to but pre-pregnancy, but, I can tell my tastes have changed. I normally hate weight workouts and these days I find those are the only workouts that sound like fun. Weird.
