Morris, I am amazed that you can still run and jump. My bladder says No to high impact!

I am feeling well and pretty energetic. I haven't weighed myself in a few days but have realized my body needed the extra weight I've gained second time around.

I am feel great as well. I wonder how long this will continue? I need to clean up my eating but have not gained much weight yet. (5 lbs.) My doctor said I need to gain more by my next visit (March 3rd) I don't know why I have not gained. It seems I am always eating and sometimes stuff that is not good for me!

That is too bad about the running. I ran until my second month. Then a combination of the weather and nausea stopped me. I was thinking of trying again as my daughter is taking a kids Spanish class at the local community college and I have access to their indoor track. Maybe it will end up being more walking than running.

Here is my week:

Sunday - 1 hour musclemax
Monday - 40 minute LowMax
Tuesday - 30 minute weight training and stretching
Thursday - 50 minutes LowMax
Saturday - 1 hour MuscleMax

Rachel:
I was the same way around 4 months. I had not gained much weight, baby belly wasn't getting any bigger and the doctor let me know on average I should be another 3-4 lbs. Don't worry. The following couple of weeks I caught up quick!!! I felt like I was always eating and it wasn't the good stuff either.

Good luck to you!

Chris

New Baby due 5/28/06

Thursday: Body Fit and Cycling 1 1/2 hours
Friday: Taught Kickboxing 50 minutes
Saturday: Taught Kickbox boot camp 1 hour

I've definitely started gaining weight faster. For a long time I hovered around a 3 pound weight gain, and now I'm up to 9 pounds (at 5 months). I had a dream that I went to the Doctor and weighed 152 (a 26 pound gain), so I think that's a premonition!

My workouts still feel great, although I've started wearing some bike shorts under my workout pants to support my belly. Otherwise, my lower belly gets a little twingy when I jog.

Sun: 30 minute walk, Stretch Max (no equipment section)
Mon: 30 minute jog, WHFN Strong Bear
Tues: Firm BSS4 Cardio
Wed: 30 minute jog, TLT Finding Your Core
Thurs: Shape Cardio
Fri: 30 minute jog, Stretch Max (band section)
Sat: 40 minute walk, Pregnancy Yoga
Sun: Step, Jump, and Pump (Step and Jump portions only)

Thanks for the advice on the beginner videos last week - I'm going to go on the lookout for Basic Step and Body Fusion. It will be my "reward" for consistently working out during my fifth month!
