I *really* like the abdominal section, and use it many times a week. I'd say it's worth the purchase. You also use your abs during the cardio and toning sections by sitting onthe ball. I also got Core Blast that was mentioned on this forum for the standing ab section and figure I can use the entire ab workout after bith. I found the work out as a whole too easy, for me, but that said I am finishing my 36th week now and can see myself using it in it's entirety the last week of pregnancy. Enjoy!
