Someone said a while back that they did this and like it.
Are you still out there?
Can you offer any more feedback about it?
 
Hey Kate,
I bought Preggi Bellies off of Ebay awhile back and have done it twice and really like it. You do all of the cardio while sitting on the ball. Sounds like not much of a workout, but it really is. She also does some weight work with light weights (I use heavier than she does) and ends with a nice stretch. I really like it. Hope this helps!

I *really* like the abdominal section, and use it many times a week. I'd say it's worth the purchase. You also use your abs during the cardio and toning sections by sitting onthe ball. I also got Core Blast that was mentioned on this forum for the standing ab section and figure I can use the entire ab workout after bith. I found the work out as a whole too easy, for me, but that said I am finishing my 36th week now and can see myself using it in it's entirety the last week of pregnancy. Enjoy!
 
Thanks for the post, chloesmom! Wish I could do abs!!! I have a diastasis and my midwife said not to do any ab-specific exercises. I was doing CoreBlast until my ab split. It was pretty painful soI backed off the ab work suspecting it and she confirmed it. But I was LOVING CB!!! Can't wait to start it back up. thanks for the review!
