Please help me on this matter! I am a huge Cathe fan and have most of her workouts. I want to keep exercising during my pregnancy (I'm 11 weeks along) and would like to know what I should not do. Currently, I'm still lifting the same amount of weight (I can keep up pound for pound with Cathe with no problems) and still doing the step workouts at the 8 inch height. I feel fine however, I don't know what is not good for a growing baby. I do know that you are not supposed to lie on your back after the 1st trimester but that is it. With my 1st and 2nd pregnancies (9 and 7 years ago) all I had was the Firm tapes and all of Cathe's step tapes, Cathe's weight tapes/DVDs are alot more intense than the Firm so I know I will need to do modifications. Please help!
Also, I have the Hardcore series on order, will this be out the question? I hope not, I have been looking foward to these tapes since July!
