Precision Nutrition vs. BFFM

Hi Susan,
I just bought the Precision Nutrition program. I haven't received it yet, but I have downloaded a few of his ebooks that are companions to the program, and I am very impressed with the information he provides. I've reading the Metabolism Advantage right now and I think it is very interesting. As far as the foods go, I downloaded his Gourmet Nutrition Desserts and boy does he have a lot to offer here! I made the nut cookies for dessert today and my husband loved them...so did I. Thank goodness I didn't make too many.

I don't know what BFFM is so I can't comment on that one.

Bumping to see if you get any more responses. I don't have either, but do have "The metabolism advantage". I'm thinking of getting BFFM, but wonder if PN has more recent up to date info.
