Pre/post pregnancy suggested workouts

Hi. I am 12 weeks and have always used Cathe's workouts for ab work-for over 2 years. I love it more than goingg to a gym. Having said that, I am still doing the All Step ab workout however I have read other comments that I should begin doing on incline and that my body will tell me when "enough is enough".

Are there other dvds that I can invest at this time to assist with an overall body workout pre pregnancy-inclusive of weights/pilates/abs? What would you recommend for post pregnancy workout dvd?

txs for the heads up.....I did review and purchased the book that was cited. I am not dealing well with the gaining of weight or actually the change in my shape especially after having worked out for over two years with Cathe......now I have no energy to do much...I try to keep motivated with walking around my block(s) and abs.....tough!!!
