pre-mixes

I just joined the forum this weekend. I also did Cathe's basic step tape again. It is really fun. I think I have finally found something that can keep my interest. Thanks to everyone who gave me encouragement to keep trying. My question is, what are pre-mixes, how do they work. Do you need a special DVD player.

No you don't need a special dvd player. Premixes are workout that Cathe mixes up and puts together. For Instance if you have High Step Training, you will see that she has just cardio only premix or upper body strength only premix or lower body strength premix or even a shorter of the whole workout premix if you don't have time to do the whole thing. On the Body Blast series you will see that there are 2 different videos on 1 disc and she has the 2 mix up together like Kick Punch & Cruch and Legs & Glutes mix up to make a circuit workout. My favorite is Where she has Kick Punch & Cruch punching drills alternating with Step ups from Legs & glutes. I hope I made sense.
