Hi all you moms ,babies and older kids.
Happy early Turkey Day. In anticipation of overeating and losing workout time due to travel I did a few intense workouts this week.

Sunday-firm-complete aerobics and weight training
Monday-MIC*
Tues-MIS
Wed-Bodymax *
Thurs-Step this way 2
Friday-Tae bo-live-adv. vol. 1
Sat-Firm-tough tape

Alexis is back to herself. She is the slow poke with walking but did take a few steps on her own on friday. She must have gown through a growth spurt, she now is fitting in her 12 month clothes, yes she is 14 months old. I am sure Bardric and Max are in their 24 month clothes by now. We are heading to NY to my parents on wed. for thanksgiving. I will see my sister, niece and nephew who we haven't seen since January. They won't recognize Alexis.

Hi Fitmoms,

Looks like everyones busy with Thanksgiving this week. I had what seemed like a mini flu on Friday. I was all achey/headachey in the afternoon, but couldn't tell if it was due to the workout or a possible flu. I can't say it was too bad and no one else got it so I'm THANKFUL. I'm staying home today (Thanksgiving Day) with the three youngest and my dh took our oldest three to a homeless shelter to serve Thanksgiving dinner. They have done this for the past few years and really enjoy it. Sooooo....I think I'll have a big salad for thanksgiving this year...sound good????

Sorry no SUPER workout in there, and several rest days. Do you guys notice a drop in your energy just before your period? I've never really noticed any difference emotional or otherwise, but lately I'm noticing that these bad days coincide with the days just prior to cycling. Workouts seem so hard and I have a complete lack of motivation. Then as soon as my period starts the energy seems to return to normal again. Just curious. I'm one of those who has no idea what PMS is, but I've just begun to notice this pattern emerge and was curious if I'm the only one. I was thankful that they canceled our Tae Kwon Do class last week.:7 :7

I keep thinking about getting on here, but am soooo lazy and tired. But I have been doing my workouts. I'm not pooping out on you all.

The week of the 14th I did my challenge workout of Body Max, I'm glad to say. I also managed to do another day of Step Blast plus PUB. So, I'm keeping up my shape. Mostly. I feel my lower gut getting just a little bit chewier than normal. But that could also be a little holiday overeating.

Oh, I have an interesting tidbit. My husband watched me do P90X Plyometrics yesterday. When I was done he decided to try it. Well, he got through 30 minutes of it and had to stop. He was so exhausted. This is the guy who runs a 6 minute mile on the treadmill and can keep it up for an hour. I think it must be that he doesn't do interval training and isn't used to jumping/aerobics type movement. Anyway he has been complaining all day that he is more sore than he has been in years. And pregnant me did the whole workout. Don't get me wrong, it was tough, but I did it all and am not sore one bit.
