I'd love to see a full-body workout that emphasizes the deeper stabilizing muscles and exercises that are beneficial for preventing injury (like "YTML" lifts for the shoulders.
STS is peppered with moves like this (many band moves, some of the bonus leg moves), the stabilty-ball shin exercises), but it would be great to have an entire workout dedicated to them.
Maybe a DVD with a 45-minute wokrout like this, and two 15-minute-ish stretch workouts: one lower body, one upper body (with a premix for both, and an optional "dynamic ROM warm-up" that could be used with them?
