Hi to all you other moms as well.

Alexis is full of energy these days and her favorite word is No. She usually has a smile on though. She is talking more and more. My weight keeps flexuating by 2 pounds and is probably high today since it is that time of month. Now to remember last week's workouts:

Sunday-off-traveled back from the catskills
Monday-hardcore-high step
Tues-stepblast+spj abs(minus the planks-no time)
Wed-Muscle endurance/bootcamp-bonus combo
Thurs-hardcore extreme-hi impact drills+leg cond.
Friday-supersets upper blast-2 sets plus supersets abs
Sat-lowmax-blasts +day 2 and 4 cardios from timesaver dvd(seg. 3 stepblasts+inter. and high drills from kpc) +abs
 
Good morning to all! Wow Elyse, your workouts look incredible. Not even one day off? Wow. You're amazing. :) I've been trying to stick with the workout at least every other day routine that got me through my last pregnancy without gaining too much weight.

Justin is getting so big. Sat AM when I left for work I went in there to look at him. I just stared & stared at him. How did he get so big? He looks like a toddler for sure. No more baby. Maybe we should call ourselves the MOMS of TODDLERS check-in!!! He loves his wading pool...but HATES the pontoon. Hopefully he'll learn to love it, as I am planning on spending a lot of time in it. He also continues to love crayons. He wants to draw on everything though. He even enjoys sleeping with a crayon in each hand! They are his buddies!!!!

Tue: lo max 4-7 + PS triceps, biceps & abs
Wed: 4 mi run
Thurs lo max 1-4 + mowed 1/4 acre lawn by push mower!!! ;)
Fri: off
Sat: off

Hi ladies!

Shopaholic--your workouts make me tired just looking at them. And my weight is creeping steadily upwards. I wouldn't worry about a 2 lb fluctuation. That's normal with body fluids, etc. You probably look fantastic.

Melani--Bardric loves water of any sort, which scares me because we have a large pool with a pump that we put up in the summer. I have not put it up yet, because we've had a rather chilly June thus far, but we'll put it up after we come back from vacation in July. The safety cover will have to be on AT ALL TIMES when it's not in use.

Pregnancy wise I am feeling a lot better this week and have been able to control my appetite a bit more, so the weight should slow down a little. I am extremely hungry, but I don't feel so sick and faint if I don't eat. Also, I am able to eat a lot of healthier food like cottage cheese and fruit.

My workouts--
Mon-SH chest, IMAX 2 1-5
Tues-SH back, IMAX 2 6-10
Wed-HSTA legs/cardio premix, MM legs
Thurs-SH shoulders, Body Fusion cardio
Fri-GS/SH biceps hybrid, Low Max 4-7
Sat-SH triceps, Power Max w/u and sections 1 and 2

Definately had more energy this week and my weights are back up to where they were before I got pregnant.

Hi all,
Melanie, I was away last weekend, so I didn't work out Friday or sunday(travel days) and walked on saturday. See, rest days. Wow, you are still running pregnant!
Maggie, glad you are feeling better.
I have cranked up my workouts a little for beach season as I live near the beach. Melanie, Alexis likes the boat(ours is a sailboat) but hates her life jacket. How is your little guy in his jacket?
Maggie, we tried to get Alexis swimming at the catskills, but she cried, hopefuly she will love the water, like she did last year. Good luck with your litle fish Bardric.

Ms Alexis is still weighing below the 20 pound mark, stil around 18 pounds.
