Prayers for those affected by Mother Nature

I just wanted to say......I'm thinking of you in California with the out of control fires and Louisiana with the floods that are now heading to Texas. The weather has been fierce and unpredictable and can be devastating. If any of my fellow Cathletes are hurting because of this, please reach out. Don't be shy, don't be afraid, don't be timid or too proud to ask for help. We're here for you! I've had trauma in my life and was incredibly touched by the kindness and generosity of friends and complete strangers. I believe in paying it forward! Speak up if you need something, anything or a replacement Cathe dvd. It's all good and it will get better.

I second that! I feel so sorry for those affected by the weather, especially in Louisiana. That poor state seems to have non-stop suffering. As Peg said we are here for anyone dealing with any of this. (((Hugs)))
