<--- saw much chat about cruises, Amy running, Melody's DS's prepping for Dad's Day and Shannon rearranging furniture

<--- keeps thinking about Robin's great news and is so happy for her
<--- ate some vanilla frozen yogurt with natural pb and a bit of chocolate sauce after dinner (a toasted tomato and swiss cheese sammich)
<--- worked in the garden and got some sun today
<--- also ran 5K, did Legs & Glutes and went out for lunch with her SO and his dad (but NOT the poodle, thank goodness!)
<--- is thoroughly enjoying her new patio set
<--- has to get up way too early tomorrow to head out on an 18km walk with her sister
<--- translates for those who don't get the metric thing - 18 km = 11 miles:)

<--says <-- has to get up at 5:30 tomorrow, yes 5:30! :eek:
<--is going to wear an outfit tomorrow that Stacy and Clinton would burn, but doesn't have much in the way of summer play clothes
<--says this outfit makes <-- look like she has giant hips and is pregnant
<--says it's really very comfortable though and it's just DT's fam damily who are clueless anyhoo, so whatever
<--hopes Shell has a great walk tomorrow and wants to know how early she has to get up?

<--- has to leave her house at 7 to get to her sister's at 7:30, so will probably be up at 6:15 or so

<--- shares that her sister is doing a 60 km Walk to End Breast Cancer in September (for details, check out www.endcancer.ca) and this is a training walk
<--- 's sister had a radical double mastectomy 3 years ago
<--- adores her sister:)
<--- wandered around her yard all day in a black bikini top and khaki shorts that are two sizes too big

<---accidentally tossed "gentle" clothes in with the regular stuff, and it went through the dryer too - but everything looks okay - whew

<-- hasn't been posting as much because <-- has not brought the puter to class in hopes of paying attention and actually *learning* all that that <-- is going into massive debt to learn :p

<--will maybe have DT take some pics tomorrow so you can see just how bad it really is
<--is wearing the outfit because the top and bottom are linen and are cool for an outside picnic, and the pants are cropped, but aren't leg-exposing like shorts
