Praise, thanks and a question...

Cathe, I don't know if you'll remember who I am, but here I am YET AGAIN to sing your praises, thank you profusely and ask your opinion. Monday was my first day back to work after a 3-month maternity leave for my second son, Ben. My first baby, Nate, turns two today. I met you on the VF road trip in Fall 2000.

Anyway, while I was home on leave, I was unable to log into your website and I have been so anxious to post and say how much I adore the new BB DVD's. Not only are the workouts A-MAZ-ING, the premixes make them HEAVEN ON PLANET EARTH!

Switching to DVD’s has made the "comeback" from my second pregnancy so much fun. Having such a big selection of workout options to dip into every single day is downright IDEAL for busy moms. I love and have all your workouts and I must say…just seeing what you look like after two kids is insanely inspiring. I could practically hear the Rocky theme song playing in my head as I got stronger, leaner and back in shape. Dah-da-da…dah-dadadadaaaa…

My three month goal was to be back in my pre-pregnancy business suits when I returned to work. Well, ta-da...I accomplished that goal and credit you, your crew and staff! Thank you for such quality workouts. Glad to know you've got more on the way!

On to ask for your expert guidance, if you can spare the time. Now that I am back to work and adjusting to the craziness of everyday life, I will only be able to workout in the evenings after the boys go to sleep and maybe squeeze in a quick run at the gym a day or two a week.

I really want to focus on slimming down my entire lower body and need to know what would be the most productive training. I have been reading other posts about “Freestyle” training where you work your lower body 5-6 days per week. Trust me, I have no qualms with doing all your fabulous leg tapes in one week if it’s going to get me results. Or should I just rotate lower body and cardio and add one endurance workout on the weekends? Or should I try a PS, CTX or S&H rotation? Sometimes the great choices are too overwhelming. If you could give my your thoughts for the most affective approach, I would really appreciate it.
