Kristan, Good job onthe worjouts,. I haven't done an Imax yet, but I keep thinking about doing 2. And, yes, our older girls are 6.5 and 4.5, so Julia will likely get a sibling! But a part of me loves the idea of having it be just me and Julia. A bigger part of me thinks she'd be happier with a sibling....guess I've got a little time to decide!

I didn't sleep well last night, Julia had a good night tho. That is, when we finally got her to sleep. She had a rough afternoon/evening.

Really hoping for a good day today! Hope you gals and your babies have one too!

Lisa~ I think 4 will be fun in a few months.. right now it's a bit rough I won't lie. The spacing of mine is probably part of the stress. 6, 4, 2 and newborn so there is constantly a need from either the baby or Landon my 2 year old.. the older 2 are pretty good at understanding I have to feed Sara or do something w/ her and they can play independantly and they have school too, but for the first few months it's just hard w/ bfing and a 2 year old. I know it'll be GREAT in a few months so I am just getting by till then! Laundry is the biggest issue.. good grief it's insane! : )

Kristan~looks like you had some great workouts last week! Great job!

Kate~that stinks you had a rough night.. I hate when the kids sleep great, but I can't sleep. Then when they are up and down I really just need to sleep.

Well I managed 30 mins on the elliptical and after feeding Sara I am taking the kids for a walk/bike ride. Then I have to plan turkey day dinner. My sister and her family will be here as well as 4-5 of my husbands soliders that are single and have no family here. SO it'll be a packed house and I have never cooked for that many.. heck I have never did thanksgiving at all.. we always go somewhere to eat. YIKES!

Trish, Hats off to you!! That's quite a Txgiving undertaking with a newborn in the house! Don't wear yourself out! I hope some people are bringing some side dishes for you!

I did about 50 min. of KPC today. I though Julia was going to wake up so I was planning on just getting 10 min or so done. But bless her little heart, she just kept on snoozin'! I shoulda been sleepin'!

kate- I am with you, I can't decide if we will go for #4. My older boys are 7 and 4 1/2. I really enjoy the age difference, but i don't want Ryder to feel left out:( Mike wanted to be done with two so I might be pushing it asking to try for another.

trish-I can't believe you are cooking for all those people with a newborn!! We decided to stay home this year so I ordered our dinner from marie calendars:D

I am nursing Ryder right now so hopefully when I lay him down I can workout. I am either going to run on the treadmill or maybe I will do a step workout.

Kristan - Those were 4 great workouts! Esp. IMAXes are always good ones. Your reasoning for a #4 is my DH's. That and he really hopes for another boy since he's outnumbered right now. My oldest, ds is 9 and then dd is 6 and baby, so yes there is a huge gap.

Trish - Wow, you have a full week ahead of you with all those Thanksgiving prep! Don't overdo it and find time for yourself to rest also.

Candra - #4 for a girl maybe?

Kate - Sorry about the rough night. I'm okay now, but last night after I put Pomai down around 2am, I couldn't go back to sleep and when I was finally getting sleepy, she was up for her next feeding. Don't you love how that works?

I have to do some Thanksgiving grocery shopping today and also pick up a baby carrier. I should be sleeping more, but once I'm up in the morning I can't go back to sleep. At least for future reference I know that this will be a great time for me to workout since baby is still sleeping.

Lisa

lisa, funny, but if we had a 4th, i would want another girl. dh does too!
what kind of carrier are you getting? i love the moby but theres a slight learningcurve.
txg at your place?

my sis is home from college and shes playing w/ isabel. ohhhhh so nice!

Hi ladies!
Just wanted to say a quick hi! The boys are out of school all this week, so it's crazy here! I hope you all are doing well!! Charlie is doing great. Have a great day!!

Stephanie,:eek::eek::eek::eek:!!!!!!!! Good luck this week!
My girls are off Wednesday on, so I'll be joining you on the  soon! Isabel is looking forward to having her playmate/sis around! I am too! They'll keep eachother busy and I won't have to feel guilty when I'm spending time with Julia!

I am right there w/ STephanie.. my kids are off ALL week. Yikes! So far so good. 1 is watching a movie, 1 is coloring and 2 are napping and I am onhere and should be cleaning.

Hi Girls-
Its hard to believe it is already Thanksgiving week !! Time has flown by this year,it seems like life with kids makes time go by more quickly, which is kinda sad!:(

I am really impressed with you guys already doing dvds for workouts-lately my kids have not been napping at the same time so i have just been doing walks, but i think cathe tapes burn more fat.....

Talking about #4 -its kind of a big decision isnt it..i have been thinking the same thing for a few months now.when i got preg w/ #3 we were pretty sure it would be the last, but now after having him i have really been leaning towards wanting 1 more.my other 2 kids are ages 4 and 3-so there is a fairly big space and my other 2 are so close that i would feel so sorry for riley if he is always left out.:(

One more thing-i mentioned a week or so ago about the Beaba Babycook from Williams Sonoma-(its a little steamer/blender that you can make your own babyfood in)-i just used mine tonight for the 1st time,it is awesome! i pureed a whole pear and riley loved it.

thats all for now! you guys all have a great night!:D

Hi! Not much going on here...Aidan is STILL not asleep (it's almost 10, and I've been trying to get him to sleep for about 2 hours now:mad:). It's been a rough day for him b/c he cried a lot! I guess it was a rough one for me too:(. I took an hour long walk with him lastnight, and it felt great. Today, I didn't get much done except for some cleaning/laundry. Tomorrow, I am taking both boys to my school to see the Thanksgiving program. I have to be out the door by 8:00a.m.
For Thanksgiving, we are going to my parents' house, then to my BIL's later in the day. It's nice that both of our families live in the same town (an hour away from us).
Wow...all this talk about number 4! We have two now, and I would like 3. My DH does NOT want any more, but I have some time to convince him. I grew up in a house with 3 children, and I liked it. He grew up with 2 and liked it! At 33, we aren't getting any younger! OMG...I just remembered that I have to take my BC pill. I would die, however, if I got pregnant now!

Have a wonderful night!
-Jen
