Hello! Can somebody tell me where to buy the Powerstrike videos? Also, I think somebody said 1 & 2 are better than the 3rd video. Is that right?

I purchased them from their website. I couldn't find them on ebay at the time.

http://www.powerstrike.com/.

I only have Powerstrike 1. I've used it a couple of times. Lots of repetition, no real choreography but a very good workout. I steered away from the DVD (Powerstrike 3) based on comments I heard on this site.

Hi Candi, I've also heard a lot about Powerstrike. Would you consider the workout you have low-impact and high-intensity? Is it foot- and knee-friendly? Thanks.

Yes, I would consider it low impact, high intensity. But, there are kicking drills which I'm not sure are too knee friendly.

It does not have near the quality of Cathe either in filming or choreography. The only reason I mention this is because up to this point, I have been using Cathe almost exclusively, with a little TAE BO from time to time so I was not prepared when I switched on this video. First of all, it had some tracking problems DH was able to fix, thank goodness. It's also a little slow in the beginning compared what I'm used to. But once I got into it, I enjoyed the workout, even though there is a lot of repetition.

The form of the instructors is wonderful. One of the instructors is European, sounds either Dutch or German. Love her accent. I think I paid $22 with shipping.

The simple answer is, if your knees and feet can tolerate Cathe's KP&C, they will be able to tolerate this workout.

Sorry I went on and on but sometimes I hate to leave out details that I think may be important.

FYI: Illaria Montagnari (sp?) is Italian. I like her accent, too. "AYE-GAIN"!

Wow!

I am so embarrassed. I'm a third generation Italian brought up with grandparents who came right off the boat. I would have never guessed Italian!

Hey, wait a minute! We Italians are short, wide hipped with dark features. Well, my grandparents were from southern Italy. Maybe she's from the northern area near the Alps.

Yes, there are a whole bunch of those "AYE-GAINS".

Thanks for the info.

I went to their site and the link to buy says out of stock and has for some time. Has anyone found them for sale recently?
