PowerHour question

Having read the breakdowns on each strength training video, I understand PowerHour is a muscular endurance workout, but my question is this:
Could PowerHour also serve as a strength builder if I use the absolute heaviest weight I can stand (without sacrificing form), or are the reps just too quick for any real opportunity to build strength? I LOVE POWERHOUR~ and I'd love to do it 3x/week rather than just once/week with PS or MIS.
Is there any way to still build muscle with this workout?

I am really, really, really hoping the answer is yes, cause I love this workout! Any and All replies welcomed, thanks, Donna

Hi Donna! The newer you are to Power Hour the more strength gains you receive. But as you get acclimated to the workout, your gains will shift more towards muscular endurance because the workout just has too many reps and certainly not enough rests for your muscle to refuel, dispose of lactic acid, and focus on optimum strength gains.
