power half hour

Has anyone tried the power half hour workouts from p90X? i'm interested in trying them since i really like doing 30 min or cardio following my 30 min of strength. I guess it would be like the 4DS. Any reviews?
 
I like Power Half Hour. They are a step above Power 90 (from what I've read), and a step below P90X. There are 5(?) workouts: buns, lower body, core, upper body (they call it 'arms,' but it's total upper body), and a stretching workout.

It's not really like 4DS, in that it's not cardio (there are some plyo moves in the lower body workout and I think the core workout, but no cardio), and it's not split into as many body parts as 4DS.

I think the "Arms" (upper body) workout is an excellent, time-efficient workout.

One caveat: Tony is goofier in this series than in P90X. I had PHH before I got P90X, and I really didn't get into Tony. But after I got to 'know' him better in P90X, I could tolerate his goofiness more. There is an outtakes segment that's pretty funny (though most of the 'outtakes' actually made it into the workouts--except for the one where he cuts the cheese!)
