Power Half Hour

Laura,

I have PHH thighs, buns and arms and I really like them. They are a great option for busy days!

I recently got this - it is all on one DVD, actually. I can't recall how many workouts there are .... let's see: Arm Toner, Buns, Thighs, Core, and Stretch. Could be 5! :) I've done Stretch, Core, and Arm (which covers chest & back), and I've liked them all. Totally no-nonsense, gets the job done thoroughly in 30 minutes. I think it's really quite versatile - you can use them: 1) if you are short on time, 2) if you want to give extra focus on one particular body part (i.e., a butt blast rotation by adding in Buns 2x/week to your normal rotation), or 3) if you want to design a split routine with enough time for cardio every day.

I'd recommend it.

I like "Arm TOner" (actually a full upper-body workout).
I also like the combo of plyos and unweighted leg work in the lower body workouts, and the combo of floor ab work and more dynamic, agility-like ab work in the ab workout. I also like that there are two lower body workouts (buns and thighs) so you can hit that area twice a week just doing a PHH rotation.

ETA: Tony is REALLY goofy in this one. When I first got it, it was a bit much, but after using P90X, I got used to him, and started seeing him like a goofy brother, and was able to tolerate the goofiness more.
