CARDIO WORKOUTS

SWEAT 5-6

This calorie-burning workout picks up where Power 90s Sweat 3-4 left off. If you're ready to raise the bar on your cardio, you're ready for Sweat 5-6. Keep burning fat and calories and get the lean ripped body you've been after!

Directions: May be done daily, or rotate with a resistance or cardio workout.
Type of workout: cardio
Recommended rest until repeated: 24 - 48 hrs

CORE CARDIO

Strengthen your core muscles, tighten your abs and burn fat all at the same time. Core Cardio is the perfect mix of cardio combined with Tony's most innovative ab and core moves ever! Core Cardio and Plyo Legs is already available.
The rest are going to be coming out in batches of 2 as well.
I just got mine yesterday, and they look good!
 
i just replies in another thread.. i liked plyo legs.. but didn't like core cardio (tony is over the top annoying in it, too!)

cute work out clothes are good for AT LEAST an additional 10-15 calories burned!
 
I've done Plyo Legs and Core Cardio and really liked both of them. Tony comes up with some great workouts. He doesn't annoy me. I find him very motivating and funny. Although he might annoy others. I'll definitely get the others when they come out.
 
Hi Susan core cardio and Plyo X are now avaliable. I don't know the release's date of the other.

Not sure. We're working on them now. Hopefully within 6 weeks. Hopefully sooner!
