Only have a minute this morning, can post more this evening if you don't get much feedback. I would say this is much easier than IMAX, I don't have IMAX 2 or 3-as I like more basic chor. workouts. It is about 57 minutes I think and really only about 22 of that is the guts of the workouts. You do 11 moves for 1 minute each and then repeat them again for another minute. He gives like a 20 second break during each segment & a quick break between the two sets also.
I like this workout & before doing Cathe advanced workouts I did think this was difficult but now I use it for a day when I am not feeling up to Cathe or just need a change, however I only count it as a 30 minute cardio & always do something else with it.
