Posture, please

Hi Cathe-

First, thank you for taking me to a level of fitness I never imagined for myself! you are truly the best!

As I'm getting older and using the computer so much I'm noticing that I'm getting a hunched....I do lots of strength training (GS, STS, HR, STS TB, etc), but would LOVE a DVD from you that focuses on maintaining or improving posture. I know if you do it, it will be fun and EFFECTIVE.
