Julie a.k.a. sexy jean lady: Jadon still sleeps in my arms all night long. You couldn't pry that little guy out of my arms...I just can't get enough of him, esp since I've gone back to work!!

Kristi: welcome back! I plan on selling my single jogger so I can put the $ toward the double one. The weather in MN is still way too cold to jog though. I"m hoping jogging will trim up my flab though!!

Gracenote: Are you planning on having a huge family? I'm fairly certain 15 passanger van isn't in OUR future. Oh man!!!

this month i am (pretty much) following cathe's march rotation:
sunday-off
mon-s& h chest and back
tues-imax 2
wed-s & h bi's and tri's
thurs-KPC/ gs floorwork
frid-s& h shoulders/45 min treadmill
sat.- s & h legs, coremax

i lost another 1lb and 1/2!! i am so close to my goal i can smell it:p
this week i am going to purchase a jogging stroller..i can't wait!! the weather out here is so nice now that i will do my cardio outside.

Melanie-thanks for the info. i am looking for more workouts to have some variation and i want ones that match (or almost) to cathe. let me know how you like the ones you just pre-ordered.

Kristi- you've done a tremendous job with your weight and inches long. go girl!!!
 
Another bla week here, it's been busy, still having problems finding time/energy to workout at home. It's a bummer, but DH and I are getting our membership to the gym back in April so my goal is to not gain anything this month! ;)

I got in one short workout: first half of Gym Style Legs, and my legs burned for 2 days afterwards too! I'm DEFINATELY gonna try that one again!

Did get two days of walking the kids outside so that counts some, probably walked about 2.5 or 3 miles total.

Melanie, I TOTALLY understand the love of sleeping with your baby, really it's so sweet (controversy aside) Miriam ended up in my bed last night too, dear thing just couldn't get settled down. Jeans still look great, I think my cellulite is going down some as my inner legs are totally thinning out, more than ever before, don't know why. My only guess is that since we eat SSOOOOO much more healthy these days that it's beginning to show. Lord knows I'm not getting my workouts in so that's not it! I won't complain though. Got out my old capris, and the hips/thighs don't fit, to big!!! So I'm off soon to buy some more bottoms for this spring! :)
 
Hello. I had a fairly good week, but this week will be lousy, so it all balances out. I have a trial on Thursday in a tiny little town about 1 1/2 hours away. Not happy about it at all- I have to prepare for the trial, drag my pump around, and have dinner for my family (mom, brother, uncle, etc) that night. Missouri courthouses aren't exactly "pump friendly" so I'll be out in the parking lot pumping in my car.

Monday: Rhythymic step, ME upper body
Tuesday: nothing
Wednesday: Power Circuit from CTX, low max blasts only, abs from Step Heat
Thursday: gym for 50 minutes
Friday: walk 3 miles, with stroller
Saturday: swim 1 mile, 25 minutes leg machines at gym
Sunday: run/walk/push stroller and bike/etc. for about 3 miles.

Have a good week. I'll be glad when Thursday is over.

I was so sad today when I opened my Netflix delivery and the DVD inside was broken! That was to be my workout today. Netflix just got a bunch of "christy Taylor" stuff- what's worth ordering?

Hi All!

This week was pretty good. I lost another pound. Only two more to my reach my prepregnancy weight.

Lately, I’ve been seriously considering running a half marathon the end of August. This would be my first. I don’t care how long it would take to run it. Right now I am trying to up my miles. 2 miles used to be the longest I would run at any given time, but last week I broke past that. I know I need to do more strength training, but it is hard trying to fit it all in a 35 minute workout during my lunch hour. I do however fit in my long run on Sundays right after church. DH watches the kiddos then so I can do it.

Here are my workouts for this past week:
Sunday – Ran 3 miles
Monday – Quick Fix DVD – 1 segment each Abs & Arms, also did chest and back on my own
Tuesday – Ran 3 miles
Thursday – Ran 3 miles
Sunday – Ran 4 miles

Melanie – Good luck selling your baby jogger. I was hoping to try out my 2-seater this past weekend, but it rained the whole time. So much for enjoying the warmer temperatures (it was in the 70’s both Saturday and Sunday).

SunnyD – Great job with the weight loss! You are so close to your goal. Have you decided what kind of baby jogger you are going to buy? I just bought a 2-seater a couple weeks ago. I have no idea how it handles yet since the weather is not cooperating with me and I can't try it out. BTW thanks for your encouraging words! You are a sweetie!!

Kristan – Your workouts look great! You are right about the workouts balancing all out. It is so hard trying to fit it all in.
