Sorry, that I am starting the check in late, but here I am. Little Ms. Heidi is keeping me busy and she gets cuter every day, it is unreal.
Here are my workouts from last week, pretty lame, but Heidi and I had a cold and I just didn't feel well to workout much:
Mon: High Intensity Step/Chest & Back
Tue: Kickbox/Legs & Core
Wed: off
Thurs: off
Fri: Low Intensity Step/Shoulders Calves & Core
Sat: off
Sun: off
I am doing the November 4 DS rotation and this is my first time doing the new workouts, so that I didn't feel like working out to the new workouts, really means I didn't feel well. But I am doing a lot better and I am back on track for this week.
Tomorrow or Wednesday I will go to get Heidi's 2nd flu shot. I wanted to do it last week, but she was sick, so I put it off until this week.
Stacey - In case you are checking in here: I hope that you are feeling better and that you get back in your workouts. I will try to keep the check in going, but I might check in at the WW as well. We'll see, just like you I am not doing WW but I am watching my weight ;-).
Cathy - Sorry to hear that you and Sachin have been sick as well, no fun!!! :-( 15 pounds sounds like nothing. Heidi is almost 11 months old and I am still not at my pre-pregnancy weight or clothes. I nursed her for 9 months and I finally starting to lose weight, so I am getting there. My body was holding on while I was nursing and finally is letting go. At least I am prepared if we are having another one, that I won't lose all the weight until I am done nursing.
Robin - Nice to see you. I just love your little avatar, it is so cute. What pretty little girls!!! Yes, I sure hope we can get the check in going. I probably don't qualify for postpartum anymore, but if you all don't mind, I'll stick around for a little while.
Chrissy - Yes, time flies. Heidi will be one year old in December, it is unbelievable. Just enjoy every minute with your little one and don't feel bad about not getting to workout. I am sure you both will soon find a nice routine that gives you enough time to workout.
