Posting 1RMs

Hi. I have a fairly simple question, so I apologize ahead of time. I would like to know how to post 1RM's. I can't seem to find it in the "edit user profile" feature. Any help would be deeply appreciated.

If you're asking how you get your 1RM totals to show in your "MyCathespace" so others can see them, you simply need to go to the WM and click on the "Settings" icon. Then just click on the "One rep Max" radio button to allow either everyone or just friends to see your 1RM totals.
