Post your winter tips here!

Yeah I'm a regular Martha Stewart today. :7

Here are mine: keep your lotion & slippers on your radiator. Nothing better than a toasty pair of slippers, & nothing worse than icy cold lotion! (wish I could do this w/my towel, but the radiator in my bathroom is recessed into the wall)

Please share how you keep warm, toasty & moisturized this time of year. :)

The old slather-feet-with-rich-lotion-and-wear-socks-to-bed is a must for me (even thought the socks get kicked off by morning!). And, we run a humidifier in the bedroom during the winter months.

Bath & Body Works skin creams, not the lotions. They are heavier and better for those of us who end up looking like lizards in the cold.

I also highly recommend kickin' it in southwest Florida. Flat, mosquito filled, bland country side but plenty warm and margaritas abound.

My winter tip: enjoy the cold while it lasts, because the foul heat and humidity of summer will come all too soon.

Chapped, dry skin and cold toes are a small price to pay. :p

Ha ha, Shannon - good thing you and I will never be married. I HATE the cold and adore the heat of summer.

I get bloody noses in the winter.

OH MY! ROTFL

You guys are killin' me!

No tips to give...LOVE THE WINTER. Family and friends have told me that the inside of my house is colder than the outside! ;) I hate any heat!

I guess the only advice I give during this winter is to my DH...put on some sweats or grab a blankie if you are cold my love...

Slather vaseline on your feet before you workout-slip on your old sprt socks or new, doesn't matter cause you wash them afterwards and go workout. Afterwards? Soft, soft feet.:)
Oh and hot baths with bath and bodyworks bubble baths-my latest favorite is the amber/blackberry scent.:9

I don't know how I ever lived without:

1. My down comforter;

2. My LLBean lightweight fluffy warm bathrobe;

3. My 180 earmuffs;

4. Did I mention my down comforter?

C'mon winter. Bring it on. }(

The ONLY foot cream that works for me in the winter - Barielle foot cream (in the pink and white canister). It's a lifesaver - better than vaseline, better than Aveda, better than Burt's Bees, etc. And it's not terribly expensive! Their nail cream is awesome too!

Lorrie, I'm going look up that foot cream now. I've been using the thick Eucerin cream that comes in a jar.
