Due to the P90X craze.
There have been alot of questions about doing pull-ups. So, I thought I'd post some tips that have helped me.
Here is a link to band assisted pull-ups. This method worked wonders for me. I can now do quite a few pull-ups on my own.

(Remember on this one, that the lighter the band the harder it is, the heavier the band the easier it is).
Here is another great link. I'm thinking Step 2. assisted, will be a good option for some.

You can also use your pull-down machines and bowflex type machines that have pull-down options.
