I have 30 Day Shred and NMTZ and was looking for some rotation ideas either to compliment Cathe or any other instructor. (Doing Jillian only with these 2 workouts is not enough variety for me!)

Check out the "Jillian Michaels" thread in Open Discussion. A few of us posted how we use these workouts there. I'll repost what I am currently doing for you here:

M- NMTZ (plus a walk/run)
T- Turbo Jam (any cardio workout)
W- NMTZ (plus a walk/run)
Th- OFF
Fri- Cathe (any legs workout) (plus walk/run)
Sat- Cathe (any circuit workout)
Sun- OFF

I am a huge fan of endurance based workouts and low weight/hi rep works wonders for me, which is why I'm doing this current rotation.

In the past I've used 30 Day Shred doing 5-6 days on, 1 day off for 30 days. I got good results but it did get boring after a while.

This is a rotation that I did, and really enjoyed. BBC is Barry's Bootcamp, and most of the Kickboxing was Kimberly Spreen or TaeBo.

Week #1
Monday - No More Trouble Zones
Tuesday - Kickboxing
Wednesday - 30 Day Shred - Level 1 and 2
Thursday - Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism
Friday - Results 10 Days Upper / BBC MS Upper Advanced
Saturday - Results 10 Days Lower / BBC MS Lower Advanced
Sunday - Rest Day
Week #2
Monday - No More Trouble Zones
Tuesday - Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism
Wednesday - BBC Fat Blaster Upper / BBC MS Upper Advanced
Thursday - Kickboxing
Friday - BBC Fat Blaster Lower / BBC MS Lower Advanced
Saturday - Rest
Sunday - 30 Day Shred Level 2 and 3
Week #3
Monday - Kickboxing / TaeBo Bootcamp Abs
Tuesday - Results 10 Days Lower / BBC MS Lower Advanced
Wednesday - Kickboxing
Thursday - Results 10 Days Upper / BBC Upper Advanced
Friday - Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism
Saturday - BBC Extreme 1000 / BBC Belly Blaster
Sunday - Rest
Week #4
Monday - 30 Day Shred - Level 1, 2 and 3
Tuesday - Kickboxing
