I have 30 Day Shred and NMTZ and was looking for some rotation ideas either to compliment Cathe or any other instructor. (Doing Jillian only with these 2 workouts is not enough variety for me!)

Check out the "Jillian Michaels" thread in Open Discussion. A few of us posted how we use these workouts there. I'll repost what I am currently doing for you here:
M- NMTZ (plus a walk/run)
T- Turbo Jam (any cardio workout)
W- NMTZ (plus a walk/run)
Th- OFF
Fri- Cathe (any legs workout) (plus walk/run)
Sat- Cathe (any circuit workout)
Sun- OFF
I am a huge fan of endurance based workouts and low weight/hi rep works wonders for me, which is why I'm doing this current rotation.
In the past I've used 30 Day Shred doing 5-6 days on, 1 day off for 30 days. I got good results but it did get boring after a while.
