Hi Mom's!

Where is everyone? Busy I bet! I am typing this with my left hand while the baby is eating on my right side. We may be started next weeks thread by the time I get this one finished;)

I got some good workouts in last week,

Mon- 1/2 BM2
Tues- LM
Wed- SJP
Thurs- 30 min run
Fri- 30 min run + 1/2 GS Legs
Sat- KM

And you also know that I signed up for WW's last week and I lost 4 lbs last week:eek: I know not to expect that every week but its great motivation. And Im not hungry either. No mindless eating.

Rylan had another good week.I just wish he would sleep longer during the night. But I do have a good baby so I can't complain.I usually go to bed early and DH takes him but then it feels like I haven't seen my husband.I think sleep is more important right now!:7 Oh..he also was weighed last week and he is 10 lbs 2 oz! His cheeks are getting so chubby and he as 2 chins:eek:
I hope everyone as a good week and get some good workuts in!

Lori:)

Hi mommies,

Sorry, I am late this week, just too much stuff going on and you all know how fast a day goes by with a little baby ;-) .

Here are my workouts from last week:

Sun - 45 min treadmill hill climb
Mon - Endurance for Movement
Tue - 30 min treadmill walk
Wed - off
Thu - 45 min treadmill hill climb
Fri - Power Hour (it got me nice and sore }()
Sat - off

I think that's right. I need to write down my workouts or I forget x( .

Lori - Congrats on the weight loss that is great. At least you lost some last week that is a great motivator. For me the scale does not move at all :-( , but I know I lost some because I now fit in my DH's jeans, which wasn't the case two weeks ago. Scales just never work for me and I normally don't use them anyway. Yeah, it is great to wear some real pants with buttons and zippers!!!! ;-)
Hopefully Rylan will sleep a little bit longer soon. Wow, he grew quite a bit. They grow very too fast if you asked me. Heidi is probably about 10 1/2 lbs now .

Heidi still sleeps between 6-8 hours at night in one stretch and I am really amazed. She is up most of the time during the day and the last couple evenings she was really fussy because she was overtired.

Had my Dr.'s appointment yesterday, they moved it from last week to this week and everything is fine and I am good to go, so now I can workout without having to worry about doing too much, so I am thrilled.

Alright, gotta grab something to eat before it's feeding time again and when I will do my workout.

Hope everyone is doing well
Kristine :) }(

Hi Mommies!
I also am late checking in this week, crazy day yesterday! Poor Ryan had a sore tummy and was up for 7 hours straight pretty fussy. I felt so bad for him, and was pretty tired as you can imagine. He seems much better today though and is getting good rest. I think babies just have off days especially since their little bodies are growing so rapidly. As far as sleep goes, he's now sleeping in about 3 hour blocks at night, and I imagine he'll start to sleep in longer blocks in the next month or so. That was that pattern for my other two at least.

I have my 6 week post partum check up tomorrow and am excited to go:) Just looking forward to being able to get back to weight training and slowly increasing my cardio intensity and duration. I got the Leisa Hart Fit mama postnatal dvd from my library and am really enjoying it. It's a good intensity/length for me right now until I'm a bit stronger. I'm going to start Basic Step next week and am asking for Low Impact Step for my b-day in March.

Weight loss is going slowly but steadily (25 pounds lost so far, about 18 left to lose). I feel like I haven't lost much lately but it is inching down nevertheless! I bet once I start the weight training and longer cardio sessions it will help. I've been eating clean and drinking a lot of water like Cathe suggests, so I'm sure it's just a matter of time...

Lori, sound like you're doing well and great workouts last week! Your Rylan and my Ryan are on the same sleep schedule it sounds like:) It's a very typical pattern at this age actually.

Kristine, so happy for you that Heidi is giving you long blocks of sleep. I swear, I'm such a different person when I can get a big chunk of sleep (i.e. less grouchy).

I'm lucky to have a great husband and sweet kids so we are all adjusting well to having 3. I feel really blessed.

Okay, gotta go make lunch. Here's what I did last week:

Monday – Leisa Hart FitMama Postnatal (Cardio-20 min)
Tuesday – Elliptical & Stretch (20 min)
Wednesday – Rest Day
Thursday – Leisa Hart FitMama Postnatal (Cardio-20 min)
Friday – Leisa Hart FitMama Postnatal (Cardio-20 min)
Saturday – Leisa Hart FitMama Postnatal (Cardio-20 min)
Sunday –Elliptical (Cardio-20 min)
