Hi Mommies:)

Are your babies treating you good? Everything here is getting a little easier. Rylan still wakes one time during the night but thats about it. He is doing really well with his solids to and gobbles up his cereal. I had him weighed this week and he is almost 16 lbs! He is getting big! Sometimes its a little hard to carry him around the house b/c he isn't very lite anymore:)

My workouts were good this week but I had some what of a rest day on Thurs and Sat...even though I didn't stop with other things.

Sun: Off
Mon: KM Premix
Tues: 7 Mile run and abs
Wed: Imax 3
Thur: 2 walks
Fri: MM/ 4 mile run/ 2 walks
Sat: Off (to tired)

On a mission to find a new rotation today. I don't know what to do though and I need to check ebay to see if I can get the P90X series a little cheaper.

Have a good week everyone!
Lori:)

Hi mommies,

Today, Heidi is 5 months old. Wow, times flies, I can't believe it. She is doing well and still trying to roll over. Last week, she rolled over 3 times from her tummy to her back, but she was mad too, so I think that gave her the extra energy she needed. ;)

Here are my workouts from last week:

Mon - off
Tue - Core Synergistics
Wed - Cardio X and Chest, Arms and Triceps
Thu - off
Fri - off
Sat - Legs and Back
Sun - 10 min from Ab Hits

Pretty lame workout week, but we went for my step daughter's graduation on Thursday with a 4 hour drive one way and we came back the same day, so I didn't get to bed until 5 am Friday morning and had no energy to workout that day. Oh well, I will make up for it this week. Also, when DH is home, I always have a hard time to fit in my workout like yesterday Sun, so that's why I only did a little bitty ab workout. Don't get me wrong, I love for my husband being home on the weekends, but I don't like skipping my workouts.

Lori - I put together a P90X like rotation using just Cathe workouts, if you are interested, I can e-mail it to you. Just PM me and I send it to you. I did 1 1/2 years ago and I really liked it and got some good results.

Ok, girls getting ready to do my workout, but I will check back in later.

Kristine :)

Hi Mommies! Hope you're all having a good day and had a great weekend.

Lori, so glad Rylan's doing so well and sounds like his eating and sleeping are going great. My brother in law is doing the P90X series and really likes it. When I'm more advanced I may give the lean rotation portion a try (might be a while though). Seems like that might be really good for you.

Kristine, good job on the workouts even though it wasn't as many as you wanted to do. We all have our weeks like that for sure! Cool that Heidi is rolling over, Ryan is trying so hard to roll from his back to tummy and seems to get stuck on his side:) Pretty cute to watch. He will roll from tummy to back every now and then.

My week was great last week. School is out for the summer and I must say I'm quite happy to have no schedule to worry about. It's nice for the kids and I to just do what we want when we want. Ryan is also really enjoying his solids and is doing well with sleeping. He's sleeping through the night many nights now and sometime has nights where he wakes once. It's definitely made things easier for me.

Had a good workout week, and yesterday did my first run after taking a break from running for over a year! It felt good, and I decided to start doing an interval run once a week this summer and try to go several times a week in the fall. Hoping to see my last pounds come off soon:) !

Here's what I did:

Monday – Elliptical Intervals
Tuesday –Total Body Sculpting
Wednesday – Elliptical Intervals
Thursday – Rest Day
Friday – Outdoor Walk & Postnatal Core Conditioning
Saturday – Body Fusion
Sunday – Outdoor Interval Run (30min) & Outdoor Walk (30min)

Have a great week everyone;)

Hi Ladies,
I chimed in last week and I wanted to introduce myself. My name is Elizabeth and have a nine month old Chloe. Getting back into working out because I haven't done much of anything until recently. Also think I am going to try to go vegetarian. I did it once for about 2 yrs, but when I got pregnant I let it go. Trying an entirly new lifestyle. Cutting way back on wine and becoming healthier and of course lot's of Cathe.
I am 5'7" and weigh 140lbs. That's the most I have ever weighed and I don't look too great. I know a number is just a number, but I would like to get to my pre-preg weight of 130.
That's my goal!
Here was my week:
Mon Off
Tues low max premix
Wed 30 min walk)
Thurs KM Premix
Fri BG
Sat LIC
Sun GS chest/tri
Have a great week!

Hello ladies-I'm going to try and respond again;)

I hope everyone is well. We're doing great- just got the grteen light to start exercising again from my dr. I'm going to begin with Cathe's beginner rotation since it's been awhile:eek:

Jack is doing well- going through a growth spurt I think.

Question for all you successful post partum moms- how did you go about losing the weight? Did you follow a plan orjust eat clean? Also does anyone know how many additional calories a nursing mom needs daily? I'm nursing about 6-7 times a day.

Welcome Elizabeth!

Feel good-
Jean
