Hi New Moms,

Last week, it was a challenge just to stay cool. Because of the heat, the cradle cap came back on Andy's head and behind his ears (ewwwww!). I called my sister (a dermatologist), and she said to wash his head and ears with dandruff shampoo and put hydrocortisone cream behind his ears. It worked:)

I got two new Cathe DVDs last week (Low Max and Kick Max). I am not too crazy about Kick Max, but I may try it a few more times before selling it on ebay. Here are my workouts:

Sunday: walk-45 min.
Mon: GS Legs (67 min), walk-1 hour-I could hardly move the next day!
Tues: off
Wed: Upper body-Bow Flex- 15 min., Kick Max-full workout
Thurs: Low Max-30 min.
Fri: Low Max-full workout (it froze at one point on both my DVD players. I contacted cust. service, and they are sending me a new one and a pre-paid postage return envelope for the defective one!!!)
Sat: off

My body is still holding onto those last few pounds. Actually, I have about 15-20 to lose yet! I wonder if it's cause I am breastfeeding and my body wants to hold onto the weight???? I am eating well (not dieting, though) and each week, I am doing more exercise, so I am not sure what is going on.

I hope everyone had a great 4th of July.

Hi Moms!
Still waiting for the okay to do more than walking after the c-section. I see the doc tomorrow and hope I get the thumbs up. I'm looking forward to getting back in the water and to do some Cathe. I think I'll start off with basic step just to see how I feel. Still some funky feelings near the suture area, but I guess that is to be expected.
Like Jen, I'm breastfeeding and holding on to a bit more weight than usual. (I think it's all in my pouch where I once had some abs.) Oh well, my little darlin is much more important than looking good in a bikini.:)
Have a great post-4th of July week - and stay COOL!!!

Hi Ladies!

okay, work outs for the week are as follows:

Sun-REST
Mon-MIS
Tue-REST b/c of MAJOR DOMS!!!:)
Wed-Body Max w/o circuit section
Thu-KPC
Fri-REST
Sat-REST

Not a very productive week as you can see but I am already doing better this week!

I'm beat so I'm heading off to bed now. I couldn't sleep after Joey's 4am feeding this morning so I've basically been awake since then even though I stayed in bed until 6:30 am this morning.

Hi Everyone!

Sun. Cathe GS Chest and Tris and ME Abs
Mon. Moving Day at school- brought all my stuff home. Lots of stairs and boxes to haul out to the car during the darn heat wave. Definitely considering it a workout}(
Tues. Walikng 60 min
Wed. Cathe BB Timesaver Legs and Abs
Thurs. Walking 60 min.
Fri. Cathe S&H Chest and Back + walking
Sat. Cathe IMAX 3 30 min

In this heat without A/C I found walking during the early morning hours the best exercise option- and baby enjoyed the ride!:)

Jen, how uncanny- I also have 15-20 pounds to lose too. (and I'm not breastfeeding!) I guess this is just the way we're supposed to lose- gradually, as we gradually gained in pregnancy. We'll get there- don't lose hope!:7
