Hi mommies,

How are you all doing? Are the little ones keeping you busy ;-) , I know mine is.

At Heidi's 2 week check up, she was 8 lbs 3.5oz and 21 1/4 in long, wow, she grow quite a bit and I can tell that she is getting bigger :( .

I did one workout last week, yipee!

Sat - 30 min treadmill walk

and it felt really good. I just thought I have to start doing something for myself and it was great. I had Heidi next to me in her little swing, which she just loves. I was getting a little emotional though, because the last time I was walking on the treadmill was the day before I delivered her, so she was still in my belly and now she was next to me in her swing. Don't you love those hormones ;-).

Other than that, I just taking care of the baby and I am still trying to get used to that there is not much else I get done during the day ;-), but I know it'll get better.

Heidi loves her swing, so when I put her in there, it gives me a little free time, ;-) which I probably start using for my workouts, hehe.

I hope that everyone else is doing good. Can't wait to hear from you and how the little ones are.

Kristine :)

hello ladies...i have not been able to post in quite some time. andrew is getting bigger by the day and has such a sweet personality. we took him to the dr. and he now weighs 26 1/2 lbs. workouts are getting better and my eating has improved as well. my mom is still not doing so well. she is currently in the hospital and she just had a port put in because her veins are no good. we just found out that she will need lifetime chemo in order to live and even that is no guarantee. we also found out that the cancer is spreading through the chemo and if we stop she will probably only live for a few weeks to a month(God how it breaks my heart to even write that) she is not aware right now of her situation because my step dad wants to wait until she gets home. sorry to vent, sometimes it is easier to write than talk. thank goodness for my workouts because they really help me burn off some steam. kristine...boy do i remember those hormones. how is everyone else doing?

Hi!
Well, I'm not doing much as far as work outs until I go in for my 6 week check up. I did do some postnatal gentle first moves that felt great last week and will keep up with those types of exercises until I can resume a normal cardio/strength training routine. Here's what I was able to do:

Monday – FitPregnancy Postnatal Back to Basics (10 min)
Tuesday – Rest Day
Wednesday –Postnatal Core Conditioning, Gentle First Moves (30 min)
Thursday – Rest Day
Friday – Rest Day
Saturday – Rest Day
Sunday –Postnatal Core Conditioning, Gentle First Moves (30 min)

Still trying to get as much sleep as possible! Ryan is a sweetie and I'm enjoying the newborn stage so much, even with the sleep deprivation!
