Hi Ladies,

Yesterday I did PLB floorwork twice and PUB abs.

This morning I did Muscle Max. At first, I wasn't sure if I liked it, but that workout is really starting to grow on me. I may try to do another workout later as I have quite a bit of energy today since Brooke and I are finally starting to settle into a routine. I may do High Step Challenge-I have been itching to try this but I stayed away from circuits while pregnant.

As far as eating, yesterday wasn't too bad until we went to a Halloween party last night where I snacked more than I should have.

So far today my eating is going pretty well but it seems that I do well until after dinner then my need to snack kicks in.x(
