Post Partum Check-In: Oct 31

So today was my weigh in. I am so mad at myself, I gained 1.8lbs. This week will be better. It's got to be, right? I need to make better eating choices; like yesterday for example, I ate breakfast at 8:30 and then didn't eat any at all until 5:30 and at Pizza Hut of all places. And then there was the Halloween candy that I ate. I won't even go there.

Yesterday I did Push/Pull and #1 from CoreMax. It took me over 2 hours to get the workout done. Gannon got up so I had to feed him, then we got company.

Today I'm going to attempt KPC. I haven't done in it ages so I doubt that I'll get through the entire workout not to mention the interruptions with 2 kids at home too. I would also like to take the boys for a walk since it is going to be 65! Lots of cleaning to do as well so maybe that will burn a few calories!

Good morning ladies,

Today I am planning on doing IMAX 3 today and a segment from Coremax.

Yesterday, I didn't get in a workout. My BIL called at 2:30 am when my SIL went into labor so since I just got done feeding Brooke I went up to the hospital and didn't get home till about 7am. Needless to say, I spent most of yesterday at the hospital and on my couch. Anyway, they had a healthy baby boy-now Brooke has a playmate:)

Dana, don't get to discouraged as this time of year is difficult and unfortunately it's only going to get worse for the next couple months so I too need to really focus on being disciplined which is something I haven't been so great at. x( It's crazy that I'd rather workout for an hour and be able to eat something not so healthy than not workout and eat clean.;)

The dental office where I work is beginning a fitness program tomorrow and people are coming in early tomorrow to do blood pressure checks, cholesterol screenings, weight check etc. I'm hoping this will be the extra motivation to help me lose the weight. Bad news is I have to fast from 7:30pm tonight till 7:30 am tomorrow.

Dana - try not to be so hard on yourself, just try to do better tomorrow. Enjoy the walk with your boys.

Wendy - good work on losing 2 pounds already! And congratulations to your SIL! I'm glad to hear all went well. I'm very impressed that you're doing IMAX3 and MIC already. I don't think I'm up to the intensity of IMAX3 yet, and the jumping in MIC's hi/lo. You're doing extremely well.

I managed to stay within my eating points every day last week except for yesterday. I went a bit over yesterday, but not by much. My weight's gone down about a half pound or so. Not much, but at least it's in the right direction, and I'm not starving myself.

I did IMAX2 this morning. I got through the whole thing, but it was much harder than it used to be. I guess lugging 20 extra pounds around really makes a difference.
