Hi ladies. How are we all doing? Well I"m happy to say that I am doing MUCH better this week. Today is my 3rd day of following WW strictly and I'm doing so good. Not sure if I'll lose anything this week but I"m proud to say that I'm staying within my points and eating very healthy. I cooked up a whole bag of chicken breasts on Monday so I have them if I get hungry. At dinner, I'm cooking extra veggies so I also have them on hand as well. Monday I wanted to do KPC but I took the boys for a 3.5 mile walk instead, then I popped in Low Impact Step, got the warm up done and DH brought Gannon upstairs b/c he was fussy and that was the end of my workout.
I'm going to try to follow the November rotation - looks like it may help me get rid of some of this fat. Yesterday I did KPC but I had to do it in 2 sections (I did the w/u and intensity portion in the am, then had to stop b/c Gannon was fussy. In the afternoon I finished it up). That was not my plan but at least I got it completed. Today calls for LowMax so I"ll do that sometime today.
