Post-Partum Check-In: Nov 2

Hi ladies. How are we all doing? Well I"m happy to say that I am doing MUCH better this week. Today is my 3rd day of following WW strictly and I'm doing so good. Not sure if I'll lose anything this week but I"m proud to say that I'm staying within my points and eating very healthy. I cooked up a whole bag of chicken breasts on Monday so I have them if I get hungry. At dinner, I'm cooking extra veggies so I also have them on hand as well. Monday I wanted to do KPC but I took the boys for a 3.5 mile walk instead, then I popped in Low Impact Step, got the warm up done and DH brought Gannon upstairs b/c he was fussy and that was the end of my workout. :(

I'm going to try to follow the November rotation - looks like it may help me get rid of some of this fat. Yesterday I did KPC but I had to do it in 2 sections (I did the w/u and intensity portion in the am, then had to stop b/c Gannon was fussy. In the afternoon I finished it up). That was not my plan but at least I got it completed. Today calls for LowMax so I"ll do that sometime today.

Good morning everyone,

Today will be SJP and Stretchmax. Yesterday was 200 walking lunges and a segment from Ab hits. I am in the 3rd week of the Butts and Guts rotation. When I am finished with this one, I'm going to start the November rotation-it looks like fun.

Yesterday we had workers at our house again - this time for plumbing so I didn't have access to my workout room. In the past 4 weeks we have gotten a new furnace, washing machine, refrigerator, our basement drain fixed and some other plumbing problem taken care of. Now because of all of the extra expenses I'm going back to work 2 weeks earlierx( Why can't things in our home break when I'm NOT on maternity leave?!?

Dana- I'm so glad to hear everything is going better for you this week. Keep up the good work.

Well, Brooke just fell asleep so I'm going to go workout now.

oh i am so happy to see this post. i haven't been on in awhile because of course i've been pretty busy with my two little ones. however i am back and ready to work out!

today i walked 2 miles and ran stadium steps.
 
Tuesday - Imax 3 + 20 terminator climbers. Would you all believe that on wednesday I did boot camp 2 times! Wow. And I will never do that again. Thurday, no workout (you can understand why!) Friday - HSC & Kick Max intensity drills, saturday - MIC.

Hope to see some payoff as far losing inches in the next few weeks, but nothing yet! I swear nursing helps you lose weight faster at first, but then, WHOA, it stops and my body is like, "I will not let go of these last 10-15 pounds!"
