Good Morning Mommies!

Can you believe our babies are 5 monthes old! Boo Hoo!!! Where is the time going? When I was preggo time seemed to drag on FOREVER! Now that he is here and keeping me busy the weeks are flying by and I know Nov will be here in no time and I will be back to work!

Rylan is loving baby food! And he really has the hang of it now.

Well, I took it upon myself to move Rylan out into his own room this week and guess what? He as been sleeping through the night every since! I can't beleive it!!!

Ive decided to do the June '06 rotation this month and I need to clean up my eating a little. I haven't gained any weight but I haven't lost anymore either. My middle still needs toning.

Here are my workouts from last week:

Sun- 7 mile run
Mon- HSC & a 3 mile run/ 2 walks:)
Tues-GS Bic,Shoul & BM2 cardio premix
Wed-GS Ches,Back,&Tri,UB work from DM & 5 mile run
Thurs- Off
Fri- Imax 2 + 300 walking Lunges w/12 lbs
Sat- CTX UB + BBW june '06 rotation

Hope everyone as a good week!

Lori:)

Hello all and Happy 5 months to all the babies!

Lori, you're right, where does the time go? It's amazing that they are already 5months. Sounds like little Rylan is doing well and your workouts are awesome as usual. I actually sat down and came up with my own little rotation for June that involves the beg/intermediate dvd's as well as some others that I own that are non-Cathe. I'm trying to do a bit more core work as that is definitely my trouble spot.

Trying also to improve on my eating. I'm doing great with water intake and with fruits, it's the veggies I have trouble getting enough of. I also am trying to work on my portion control. I only have these last 7lbs. to lose and it's amazing how long it's taking! I'm trying really hard to not get frusterated and just keep being consistent with what I'm doing. I'm trying to increase intensity by adding more weight and hoping that will help the scale move. I'm now right in between a size 10 and size 8, so getting there! My plan is to purchase LIC this summer, hopefully sometime in July.

Okay, here's what I did last week:

Monday – Rest Day
Tuesday –Low Impact Step (40min)
Wednesday – Rest Day
Thursday – Outdoor Walk (30min) & Total Body Sculpting (30min)
Friday – Shape Cardio (30min) & Abs (10min)
Saturday – Body Fusion (50min)
Sunday – Outdoor Walk (30min) & Core Conditioning (20min)

Have a great week everyone! ;)

Hi mommies,

Sorry, I am a little late checking in. Heidi is asleep right now, so I have a little bit of time, although I am tired and maybe should lay down to take a nap, but oh well.

Here are my workouts from last week:

Mon - Core Synergistics
Tue - Cardio X
Wed - Chest, Shoulders and Triceps (skipped Ab Ripper x( )
Thu - Inhale (Yoga with Steve Ross)
Fri - off
Sat - Legs and Back (skipped Ab Ripper x( )
Sun - Kenpo X

Lori - My middle needs some work too and I don't think it'll improve if I always skip the ab work. I love to work my abs, but somehow it never gets done at the end of my workout. Maybe I need to do it first.

Stacey - I drink a glass of vegetable juice if I feel that I might not get enough veggies for the day.

Heidi rolled over from her back to her stomach and I missed it!!!!!!!!!!!!!! x( :-( ;( :(
She was on her playmat in her room and I was putting up some of her clothes she outgrew in her closet about a foot away from her and next time I look at her she is laying on her stomach. I can't believe I missed it. But I am sure it's not the last time she is rolling over :p .

Alright ladies, I guess I am getting ready for my workout, but I will check back later.

Kristine :)

Hello ladies-

How are you? We're fine here- just trying to get on some kind of schedule (ha!)

Jack is wonderful- poor thing has his first cold:( . I brought him to the dr. because I didn't think little ones could get colds but it seems I was wrong. Just watching to make sure he doesn't get a fever.

Still haven't managed to work out even once yet:( I just can't seem to find any time and I'm still so tired. Hopefully soon:)

Kristine- sorry you missed the first rollover - I'm sure you must have been so surprised when you turned around!

Lori- glad your little one is sleeping! My middle is still a mess - guess I should start some ab work too.

Have a great day ladies!:D
