Hi Moms:)

I think our group is dwindling, or maybe we have less to say?:)

How are the babes doing? Almost 6 monthes old:eek: ;( I have about 20 weeks left to my maternity leave which will bring me up to the 5th of Nov. Its to bad I have to go back to work around christmas time...oh well!!!

Rylan really got the hang of rolling over this week and as soon as you put him down, he flips over. Not so much fun when he is in his crib trying to take a nap and he keeps rolling over...how many times did I go in his room yesterday and flip him back over?! It will soon be needle time again;( He did really well the last time so Im not really bothered this time.

My workouts have been good but my inlaws were home for a week so it was a eating fest and I gained 2 lbs!;( Im trying to follow ww's again. Not really for those 2 lbs but I wouldn't mind losing a few more pounds.

Sun: 50 min run
Mon: BM UB and BBW
Tues: 5 Mile run and abs
Wed: BBW, CM1, and KM Blast challenge with a 30 mins run
Thurs: BM2
Fri: Rest
Sat: 6 mile run & GS Legs

Alright, I hope everyone as a good week. This week I need to focus on clean eating! Hopefully next Sun I will report that I lost the weight I found;) ;)

Hi mommies,

Well, one week we have more to say than others and those little cuties are keeping us busy as well ;-) .

Yes, Heidi will be 6 months this week. Unbelievable!!! My mom said that Heidi will have a half year birthday and she'll send her a little package, so at least she has a birthday in the summer, hehe. So we decided to get her something for her half birthday as well. I bought her a really cute little stuffed animal that rattles and is really soft. I am sure she'll like it.

Lori - I am having the same problems ;-) with Heidi. When she is in her crib she rolls onto her tummy and when starts crying because she is stuck. So I have to go in there and flip her back over as well. It's too funny! Or she turned 90 degrees and the other day she turned on her mobile with her foot. :) They are such cuties and they always make you laugh.

Here are my workouts from last week:

Mon - GS Back, Shoulder and Biceps and CM #2
Tue - LIC (Cardio Blast Premix) I love this workout
Wed - GS Chest and Triceps
Thu - Inhale (Yoga with Steve Ross)
Fri - B&G including abs (I thought I would be super sore the next day, but nothing :-( )
Sat - KPC (stopped after combo 1 was too tired, but was still a 50 min workout)
Sun - off

Well, don't even wanna talk about weight loss. Still not there I want to be and still don't fit in my pre-pregnancy clothes. But I am so ready, so I am trying to eat extra clean. Just really hard some times if you have two people in the house that are absolutely sweet tooths, but I have to be strict, if I finally want to get rid of those pounds and get into regular clothes. I can see muscle definitions in my arms, so I know I am getting there but I think my body is also holding on the extra fat due to nursing too :-(, so that doesn't help. Anyway, enough whining, work work }( :p :7 .

Hi everyone!
Seems like we're all trying to eat cleaner, myself included! My husband's birthday was on Sat and we all sort of pigged out that day, boy the cake was good though. On a mission this week to clean up my eating.

I was able to get 5 workouts in last week and aiming for 5-6 this week. Here's what I did:

Monday – Rest Day
Tuesday – Elliptical Intervals (30min)
Wednesday – Total Body Sculpting (30min)
Thursday – Low Impact Step (40min)
Friday – Body Fusion (50min)
Saturday – Rest Day
Sunday – Kim Spreen Cardio Camp (50min)

I have Lo Max from Fit tv recorded, so I'm going to attempt it this week. It looks pretty tough, but something I can grow with for sure. I'm glad there are commercial breaks as I think I'll need it to catch my breath! Once Lo Max is more doable, I'll purchase LIC. I also recorded a segment of Coremax and Stretch Max I'll work into my schedule.

Glad your babies are doing well, and that is funny about the rolling over. Ryan also will roll and get himself stuck a bit in his crib. He also loves his little feet and sticks his toes in his mouth:) Very funny.

Hope you all have a great week and good luck with dropping those pounds! I have 5lbs. to go myself, and am so close to those size 8's fitting well. I can squeeze into some of them, but they're a tad tight.

hi all! It's been awhile since I popped in- things are going well. Jack actually slept eight hours last nght! Not bad for a ten week old.
I still haven't been able to get myself going both in terms of eating clean and working out. Every morning I wake up determined but I keep blowing all my good intentions. Tomorrow, I'll begin for sure!!!

I just pre-ordered the new DVD's. Maybe that will be enough motivation for me to get serious again!

Have a great week!

Hi Jean!
Great to hear from you and that's awesome about ordering the new dvd's.

I'm very excited to see more about them too, and anxious to try some new Cathe workouts.

Have a great week, and happy working out:)
