Good Morning Mom's:) :)

On that note is there anyone saying "mama" yet? lol No one here is talking yet:)

Things here are good and I am happy to report I lost those pesky pounds last week. Im back down 3 lbs. Pretty sure most of it was water weight. But I started my period on Fri, which was bit of a shocker. I guess I can't complain b/c its been almost 6 monthes. Its also better then being preggo again ! LOL
I tried giving him another bottle yesterday but he wants no part of it. I seriously don't know if I make enough milk for him but I think I kinda fooled up b/c I should have been giving him his milk first, then food after. Im gonna have to reverse it this week to see if my milk supply will increase:)

Kristine, I have a major sweet tooth as well and its worse here b/c I am the only one in the house with it! So if I bake something sweet, I am the only one who eats it. Although my dad and bro are staying here most of the summer, during the week, for work purposes and they like their sweets as well. Its nice to know that there is someone else in the house who will eat what I bake:)

Stacey, Rylan likes to suck on his toes as well! Its a good thing they are clean!

Jean, you will eventually find the time to workout. Its hard to get a routine in the beginning but it will happen. Did he sleep through the night again????

Here are my workouts from last week:

Sun: 50 mins run outside
Mon: 7 seg Imax 3 and PS B&B
Tues: 4 mile run , PS C,S &T, abs
Wed: the Viper and PH abs
Thurs: 6 mile run and abs
Fri: BC, 4 mile run and GS legs ( long day)
Sat: 62 Min run

Thats it! Hope everyone as a good day and a good week!
Lori:)

Hello ladies!

Managed to get in one actual workout this week and lots of days walking. Jack is sleeping better- about 6-7 hours. We had a stomach bug pass through our house this week so hopefully we're all finished now!

Lori- great workouts from last week!!

Have a great day everyone!

Hello!
How are you all? Lori, your workouts were awesome, and Jean, fantastic job getting started on your routine. Glad to hear your little one is getting a longer block of sleep for you. I'm sure that will help a lot.

Ryan's not talking yet:) But, he's so close to rolling back to tummy, it cracks me up how he gets stuck on his side and arches his little head up. He's trying so hard! He has his 6 month checkup and shots today:( I'll be glad to get it over with for sure.

I'm happy to report that my weight loss is continuing and I've dropped another pound! I have only 4 more to go, and those size 8's are fitting a bit better (though not perfectly yet). I'm really happy with where my workouts are and have been able to get in 5 a week pretty consistently. I do feel like I'm getting stronger and have recorded some of Cathe's more advanced workouts (like lo max) off of fit tv to throw into my rotation this week. There are commercial breaks, but that may be great for me as I'm new to the more advanced stuff.

Okay, here's what I did last week:

Monday – Rest Day
Tuesday – Elliptical Intervals & Stretch (50min)
Wednesday – Crunch Fat Burning Ab Attack (30min)
Thursday – Elliptical Intervals & Total Body Sculpt (50min)
Friday – Kim Spreen Cardio Camp (50min)
Saturday – Rest Day
Sunday – Crunch Superslimdown (Yoga/Pilates 40min)

Have a fantastic week everyone!
Stacey

Hi mommies,

Oh, what a week last week! DH went to the hospital Wednesday night with really bad appendicitis :-( and they took it out on Thursday (Heidi's 6 month birthday :-( ). He has been home since Friday and is getting better, but it was all very pretty stressful. ;( Of course, I wasn't able to workout as I wanted to. :-(

Here is what I did:

Mon - GS Back, Shoulders and Biceps and Stability Ball Abs from B&G
Tue - IMAX 2
Wed - GS Chest and Triceps and 10 min of Ab Hits
Thu - off
Fri - off
Sat - off
Sun - Kickbox Combos and Ankle work from L&G (about 51 min workout)

It just really crowded in our little house when everybody is home (3 people plus the baby) and I always have a hard time to find time for my workouts because somebody is always occuping the living room. :-(

Other than that, Heidi is doing really well and will soon sit unsupported I think. I am waiting for her to crawl. She is trying so hard to get forward and is moving backwards in her attempt. It is so funny :) .

Lori - As always, fantastic workouts!

Jean - Congrats on your workout and walking is good too. I am sure you will get in more as the little one is sleeping longer now.

Stacey - Got in my 10s this week. Yippee! Now I am working on my 8s. How did the Dr.'s appointment go?

Alright ladies, I hope that I will have time to check back in later this week. Heidi's 6 month appointment is on Friday.

Kristine :)

Hi all!
Well, poor little man had a tough time after his shots yesterday:(

Poor thing cried a lot, but the infant tylenol helped. He's so much better today. My guy is long and lean, 16lb. 9oz and 27inches. He is sure a sweetie:)

Kristine, awesome about the size 10's!! It feels so good to be getting smaller, doesn't it? I'm terribly sorry to hear about your husband and the appendicitis. My daughter had appendicitis that ruptured in March and it was quite an ordeal. She is all healed up now thankfully.

Have a great rest of the week everyone.
Stacey
