Good God! Its half way through July already:-( :-( Oh man...Nov is gonna be here in no time! Back to work, I go, I ho! LOL

How is everyone? Everyone is pretty much back to normal here now that Rylan as 2 bottom teeth:) I figured he was teething b/c his sleeping pattern was all out of sorts! He would go down around 7:30 and would be up again at 8:30 crying, go back and wake at 5:15 for the day! He cut one tooth, the next night had a good sleep and did the same thing the following night and then another tooth appeared. So all if back to normal now! LOL

He is starting to catch on the alot of things now. Like, when we go into his room in the morning, he is super excited, puts his arms up and if you don't pick him up right away...he as a little miny fit. And last night, I put him in his crib and everytime I walked out of the room he lost it! Normally he likes his crib and I am hoping it was just something he was doing last night and not something that is going to happen every night!

The scale is creeping down a little. This week I weighed 127.8 :) Which is a 48 lbs lost since I was preggo and is 2 lbs lighter then my prepreg weight. But to be honest I feel bigger then I did before. I don't know what it is, and I know that I am not b/c yesterday I tried on my work uniform (that was always snug in the waist) and I pulled the pants up no prob and buttoned them up. They fit so well that I actually wondered if I had washed them since I wore them last! But I don't think I would have hung them up and not washed them in a year! LOL

Anyway...here are my workouts from last week:

Sun: 60 mins run
Mon: 50 mins run CTX & PUB C&B
Tues: 60 mins run
Wed: 60 min run/ CTX & PUB S,T,&B
Thurs: 50 mins run/ 60 min walk
Fri: BM2 (first 2 seg)
Sat: 50 min run/ L&G

I think I need a rest day! Hope everyone as a good week!

Lori:)

Hello Mommies!
Lori, it's crazy that the time is flying by like it is! You're right, it's going by so fast.

That's good that Rylan cut his first two teeth and I hope the rest don't give him to much pain. Ryan is working on his first ones for sure but they haven't popped up yet. He's had some interrupted sleep as well, but seems to be back to normal the last few nights. My other kids didn't cut there first teeth until around 9months, so I'll be curious to see if it takes Ryan that long as well. He's now rolling both directions no problem, and is also reaching out his little arms to me when he wants picked up. Also, showing a bit of separation anxiety when I leave the room just like Rylan. He is so much fun and we can get him to laugh these huge belly laughs, just makes my whole day:) The kids are so into him to, which makes such a difference.

Well, good news on the weight loss, I've dropped another pound, so I'm really close now. I was able to wear my size 8 capri's to church this morning and they felt pretty good, not as tight as a couple of weeks ago when I tried them on. I still need to do more toning of my tummy for sure, but I think that will get better with time (and more clean eating). A bit light on the workouts last week, and unfortunately I feel like I'm coming down with something (super sore throat, achey joints...praying it's not the flu!). So, I hope to at least get some light workouts in this week if I'm up for it. Here's what I did last week:

Monday – Crunch Fat Burning Ab Attack (30min)
Tuesday –Low Impact Step (40min)
Wednesday – Prevention Pilates for Abs (30min)
Thursday – Kimberly Spreen Cardio Camp (50min)
Friday – Rest Day
Saturday – Rest Day
Sunday – Elliptical Intervals (30min)

Okay, everyone have a great week, and stay cool. It's so darn hot here, blech! Thank goodness I can workout indoors.

Good morning ladies,

I am always the last to check in ;-).

Well, Heidi is waking up in the middle of the night suddenly as well since about 6 nights now. Sometimes at 12 or 1 or 3 am and I am trying to calm her back down, but nothing works except nursing her and when putting her back to sleep x( . I am so worried that this will become habit and I don't want to encourage this, that's for sure. Maybe she is teething as well and that's what's throwing her off the schedule or she is going through another growing spurt. I sure hope that this will pass soon, it sure is wearing me out.
Other than that, she is doing great and is in a really talkactive phase right now with her tongue out and blowing rasberries :) .

Here are my workouts from last week:

Mon - S&H Biceps and Triceps
Tue - LM
Wed - S&H Chest and Back
Thu - Inhale (Yoga with Steve Ross)
Fri - off
Sat - S&H Legs and Shoulders
Sun - 45 min Hill Climb treadmill walk

Lori - How is the nursing going with Rylan having two teeth now? Wow, you sure did a lot of running last week, great job!!!

Stacey - Great that you got in your 8's that's wonderful. I still don't fit, but I'll get there. Sure hope you don't get sick!

Oh, DH and I went to go see the new Harry Potter movie yesterday, so I had one of my girlfriend's watch Heidi for me. Oh my, she is such a mommy's baby so that she cried most of the time while I was gone :( x( ;( . She cried herself to sleep and after she woke back up, my girlfriend gave her her bottle and it was better after that, but she wouldn't eat her solids later on because she was too upset. I really need to get out more with Heidi, so hopefully it'll get better.

Ok, ladies, gotta go do some house work
Kristine :)
