Good Morning!!
How are you ladies doing today? How are the babies?

Things are good here, settling into the taking Alex to school routine. Emma will start preschool in two weeks. Ryan has settled into the routine really well and is able to stay up all morning through dropping Alex off, then I'm able to put him down for a morning nap. It gives me some nice one on one time with Emma.

How is the weight loss going? Workouts going okay?

My weight loss is progressing a bit. My current weight is 141, with my goal weight of 138. Really though, my focus is toning up my midsection and that will help me to fit into my prepreggo clothes. A lot of them are fitting now, but some are still kind of tight. I'm really close I think, and don't want to drop below 138. I think after Emma I really did drop too much weight, so I want to make sure I maintain a healthy (not too skinny) weight now after Ryan. My thought is to stay in the 138-140 range.

As far as workouts go, I did well last week, go 5 workouts in and upped the intensity a bit. Here's what I did:

Monday – Body Fusion (50min)
Tuesday – Elliptical Intervals& Abs (50min)
Wednesday – Rest Day
Thursday – Low Max (45min)
Friday – Kick Punch Crunch (45min)
Saturday – Rest Day
Sunday – Elliptical Intervals & Pilates for Abs (50min)

Hope you all had a good week as well. Tonight is a Cathe step workout for me. ;)

Ryan born 1/2/07
Emma born 4/27/03

Hi Stacy!

Everyone here is doing pretty good. We have been on the move alot lately so I decided to stay home with Rylan today and then go to my parents house again tomorrow for a few days. My sister went out today and I am kind of regreting not going as I sit here alone while DS naps:-( She leaves to go back on Sunday and I know I am going to be lonely again. Maybe not as bad as I was the last time she went back b/c Im sure there was a little bit of depression involved there as well considering I just had a baby.

My eating as been HORRIBLE and the scale is showing a 2 lbs gain. Could be worse though. Its like being on holidays when I go to my moms house. Plus we went into the city this weekend past and all we had was takeout, I felt awful on Sat night.

My workouts have been good though so now I just have to clean up my diet again:

Sun:eek:ff
Mon: 12 kms run & legs
Tues: DM
Wed:12 kms run
Thurs:12 kms run
Fri:MM
Sat:Off
Sun:4 mile run (treadmill)

Rylan is doing good but constintly screamed all weekend while shopping. Im sure the people in the mall thought there was something wrong with himx( Ive had a lot of patience since having him but he really tried me this past weekend and I had to keep reminding myself that he was a baby and he couldn't understand "shhhhhhhhhhhhhh" But when I got home I handed him to DH and I took a nap! LOL
My God ! I almost forgot, Rylan said his first word last week! Which of course was mom! He also amuses himself now by panting like a dog and laughing at himself!
Alright, hope everyone as a good week!
Lori:)

Good Morning Ladies!

We had a great weekend. It was one of the first weekends all summer that we didn't have some sort of family obligation. We stayed home and enjoyed some much needed rain. Madelynn was in a great mood - smiling and laughing all weekend long. It was so fun just to play with her. Plus, on Sunday she rolled over for the first time. I don't know who was more surpised - her or me.

My workouts last week were pretty good.
Sun: off
Mon: jog (Week 3 Couch to 5K) (pm 10 min abs/10 min yoga)
Tue: Get Ripped
Wed: jog (pm 10 min abs/10 min yoga)
Thu: Get Ripped
Fri: jog
Sat: off

I really made an effort to clean up my eating and I dropped one pound. I just have to remember how much better I feel when I eat clean. It makes a world of difference.

Stacey - That's great that your kids seem to be adjusting to their new routine.
Lori - Rylan said his first words? That awesome! (DH has this little thing he does with Madelynn - "Who's your daddy? I'mmmm your daddy." In an effort to make her first words Mommy I've changed from "I love you" to "Mommy loves you." I think we're each trying to up our chances of being her first word. In the end she will probably say "Piper" - our dog.)
:p

Hi ladies,

Just typed up a message and it got all deleted :(. Ok, here again:

Sorry, I am checking in late. Heidi and I are in Germany now, we left on Tuesday and Heidi did very well. I am trying to get her over the jet lag, but it's getting better. She is getting me up in the middle of the night now and takes be about 2 hrs to get her back to sleep, but the intervals are now getting shorter.

Here are my workouts from last week:

Mon - ???
Tue - ME
Wed - Low Max
Thu - MIS
Fri - off
Sat - LIC cardio only w\o blast and BM2 cardio only w\o Power Circuits (nice workout)
Sun - off (DH Birthday)

Haven't worked out yet at all this week, trying to get over the jet lag as well, but I think the little break will do me good and I will come back stronger. Planning on doing something today.

Heidi did several little crawls 2 days ago, so she is slowing getting the hang of it and it is so nice, that my parents get to see her start crawling. Later on we'll go out in the backyard again to let her practice.

Sure a lot of ladies joined us last week on the check in, which is great. Welcome everyone!!!

Ok, gotta go and get ready to go shopping with my mom, but I will check back in.

Kristine :)
