Hi Mommies!
How are you all doing? Can you believe our little ones are almost 4 months old? Wow! Did you all have a good weekend?
We had Spring cleaning fever around our house and got a lot of projects done, felt good to get things a bit more organized. The weather is beautiful today and I have a field trip with my older two kids for preschool and my sister in law is watching Ryan for me this afternoon.

My work outs went really well last week and I was able to get 5 in. My goal is 5-6 workouts this week too. Still have 9lbs. to lose but am feeling really good with my weight loss and the fact that I continue to watch the scale go down. Here's what I was able to do:

Monday – Cathe F. Low Impact Step (40 min)
Tuesday –Total Body Sculpting (Upper&Lower 20min) & Postnatal Corework (20min)
Wednesday – Cathe F. Low Impact Step (40 min)
Thursday – Rest Day
Friday – Cathe F. Body Fusion (50min)
Saturday – Rest Day
Sunday – Crunch Super Slimdown (Pilates/Yoga - 40min)

Ryan is doing great, such a sweetie. He's starting to sleep completely through the night so I'm feeling much more rested. Hope you're all well and your babies are doing great;)

Good morning mommies,

Heidi is playing in her play pen, so I thought I post right quick.

Here are my workouts from last week:

Mon - Core Synergistics
Tue - Cardio X
Wed - Shoulders and Arms and Ab Ripper
Thu - Yoga X
Fri - Legs and Back
Sat - off (we were at a bike show and at an arts festival), so we walked a lot
Sun - Kenpo X

Wow, that were some tough workouts for me, I sure felt them, but it feels really good to change things up a little bit (no Cathe) and following a rotation really helps me to stay on track. So, I am feeling good about myself and what I accomplished this week :7.

Stacey - Great workouts!!! Good to hear that Ryan is sleeping longer for you now. Heidi is sleeping between 9 - 11 hours each night and it sure is nice ;).

Lori - Looks like your little one is keeping you busy ;) , but I hope that you are doing well.

Heidi started to lift her head up yesterday when she is laying down and trying to get herself up that way. Wow, what an ab workout ;). Is that normal that she is doing that that early? I just had no idea.

Ok girls, gotta take care of the baby, but I will write again later
Kristine :)

Hi Girls,

I have been trying to check in but its getting harder! I started posting 2 days ago but had to delete it b/c of something else...not sure what.:)

Everything here is pretty good. Rylan is sleeping better and he goes to bed around 7:30 now so I get to do somethings in the evening that need to be done around here. Before he started going to bed at 7:30 he wouldn't go till 11 ish and he was high maintance in the evenings, not crying but he wanted to be played with, or atleast up in your arms.

I always have to back track to see what my workouts were....lets see:

Sun: 6 mile run
Mon: GS Chest and Tri/ 4.5 mile run
Tues: HSC/ 3 Mile run
Wed: GS Legs
Thurs:4.5 mile run/ walk in the p.m
Fri: GS B,S,B/ Imax 3
Sat: DM

Stacy, seems like the kiddos are keeping you busy! Your doing really well with your weighloss as well. Keep up the good work. Nice to hear Ryan is sleeping longer. Its soon gonna be needle time again. Rylan as his apt next wed...Im soooo not looking forward to it!

Kristine, you got some really good workouts in last week! Youll be back to your old self in no time. It just takes a little while to get back into the swing of things.Rylan his in his Jolly Jumper now so I guess it is normal that they keep their head up. When I put him on his stomach, he actually pulls his knees in like he is getting ready to crawl. He is almost close to rolling over as well. He gets half way but then gets stuck! LOL

Alright, gotta run! I hope everyone as a good week. Ill check in later.
Lori:)
