Polar M52 Heart Rate Monitor

Oh, I am sooooo bad. I already have a Polar A3, but CANNOT resist getting the M52 now.

It has been awhile since I got a new "gadget" and I think I am in withdrawal. The fact that this thing gives a fitness test and determines your "own zone" is really cool!! While I am not a person to care about calories, the "own cal" seems neat too! And I think there is a walking fitness test that will tell you how you have improved aerobically over time. Neat!

Years ago I got the A3, but it has no perks really. I think I may go ahead and sell it on Ebay. I am going to get it today.....hopefully someplace in Phoenix has it cuz I sure don't want to wait for it to ship!!!

Hey Janice...don't feel bad...I have 3!!! The 1st one is now discontinued, then I got the S120 and I use the M21 mostly. I found that having more than one came in handy when the watch or transmitter goes and you have to ship them to get them replaced. I always worried that would happen right before a marathon , when I needed the monitor most...they are really fun......Carole

By the way....we need a scale, the parrot ate ours (isn't that an amazing parrot!! - okay not the whole thing...I think Aquajock put him up to it) Do you have any recommendations on very accurate and cool scales? I still haven't kicked the scale addiction, for fun reasons of course!

I just moved from Phoenix this month ( :-( :-( :-( :-( ), but I think the Sports Authority across from the PV mall had the M52 when I was there in December. Might be wrong...
