Inspired by the Plyo Legs workouts in STS, and by some reading I've been doing, I'd like to see a full-body workout combining plyo moves and weight moves.
The workout would be structured something like this (between warm-up and cooldown):
plyo lower body move, followed by a weighted move that works the muscles in a similar way (ie: plyo lunges followed by weighted lunges, plyo squats followed by weighted squats). (the sequence of plyo followed by weights is supposed to be most effective )
Plyo upper body move (ie: boxing moves on a heavy bag, or plyo push-ups, or supine med ball tosses) followed by a weighted upper-body move.
And so on...
