Plyo-Moves

Hi everyone!! I'm looking to put together a lower body plyo routine and was wondering if you guys could share with me some plyo moves? Just making sure I have the idea plyo moves are jump tucks and plyo jacks right?????? Thanks !!!!
 
Are you ordering STS? Cathe is going to have four lower body plyo routines in it.

You can do alternating plyo/power lunges (lots of those in Imax 1), air jacks (Imax 2)... maybe you could review any Imax routines you have to get ideas.
 
Although I hate to promote Oxygen mag, (hi Beavs!;) ) the Glutes issue has a number of plyo leg workout routines that you could check out. ANd yes, it is the issue with the lovely Tosca Reno showing us her "assets".:7
 
Okay, so here's a list from me:
jumbo jacks (same thing as plyo jacks)
jump squats
jump lunges
jump squats on a curb or step, with the step on your side and one foot up, alternating which foot is up (so you jump right/left)
single leg jumps/ Jeanie hops
ski jumps (side to side, you can land either on one foot or both)

I can assure you that there are people here who adore the plyo workout in P90X; I can't remember what they are, though!

I like to incorporate agility work with plyo work when I'm doing a class; have fun!!! :D

Box jumps. I like to set my high step up to 18"-20" for these, but you might want to begin lower and watch the step. They are killer!

Tosca and I have invented a new routine...'Rita Jacks
Basically you do plyo jacks to and from the blender as you pour yourself a new margarita each time...of course this does require you to wear a bikini wedgie style while running across a beach.

You could try P90X Plyo- which imo is a fun, not too hard, but really good w/o or Barry's Bootcamp Arms and Abs (from 5 day adcademy set)non treadmill cardio which is only 20 minutes with plyo moves, but a really tough w/o.
