Plyo Legs!!!!!

Wow ! What fun fun fun! And talk about sweat! I didn't know it could pour off of me like that!

I am doing Meso 3 Squat Rack Legs, and I had not even popped the plyo dvds in for a look-see, I was too intimidated AND close minded.

I thought it would be too hard on my ankle and knees, and I thought it would be too tough, and I thought I wouldn't be able to keep up, and I thought the choreography might be a bit challenging for someone like me who is somewhat incapable of following complicated routines.

Well -

This morning after Shoulders, bi's and tri's, I gave Plyo legs a whirl. Not only was I able to keep up and not modify, I had a blast, and the jumps were not hard on my joints at all.

(loved Lorraine at the end - jumping way high on the jacks!!!)

I am definitely going to fit this into my weekly rotation!

Yipeeee, high five to you!!!!!
I did the exact same thing you did...squat rack, I'm not worthy etc... Then once I gave it a go-I ended up having a blast! Accomplishing that fear has boosted my ego!
Yeah us! :-D

Same here Wendy & Janis - I have been doing Plyo legs & totally love them!! What a great wo! I was intimidated at first too. Not anymore!

I was totally scared too! I thought there was no way that I could do that! Here I am making it part of my weekly rotation!

I was intimidated by them too - but gave it a try - and LOVE it!! Thinking it needs to be part of a weekly rotation as well. Especially when I redo STS I am thinking a Plyo Legs needs to happen every week of each Meso.

I am sore today! In spots I didn't know I had!

I am so glad I am not alone in my plyo trepidation and breakthrough, it really feels like a barrier was crossed!

When I first found Cathe, a few short months ago, I wondered at "where have I been all this time", and now that I've done the Plyo - I am wondering "why have I resisted for so long."

BUT - somehow I think I was ready to do it this week, after months of STS and running, I have more muscle, more endurance, more stamina and more confidence to give it a try and not give up....so, it's all part of the process.:D:D:D And it's all good.

Today I am doing yoga;)
