I got this workout yesterday is Tony Horton creator of P90X for those that wanted Plyo X this DVD is sold individually at a very good price. This is part of the so called; Master Series. It does not use any equipment, it is cardio and works your legs and glutes at the same time. It is awesome the recovery is a yoga move still working your legs and back to plyo it is about 50 minutes in lenght it ends with a good stretch.
I also bought Core Cardio and I did this one too this morning, it alternates one minute of cardio and one minute of core it is less intense than plyo and it is about 50 minutes including the warm up, cool down and stretch.
