Please Review My Rotation

I decided I am happy with my upper body. I want to continue to lose some body fat and tone lower body. I have been working out for 6 dyas and want to go to 5. Also, I usually workout 40-50 minutes per day.

Mon. 30 min running intervals Abs
Tues. Muscle Endurance (Alsternate with MIS each week)
Wed. Imax 2
Thursday. Leaner Legs (Alternate with CTX Upper Body each week)
Friday. KPC (alt. with Stepblast each week)

Hi Melissa,

Looks really good to me. You're getting in some upper body with ME -- so at least you're not skimping on it. And it looks like you're not working the same muscles two days in a row. Looks good to me -- of course I'm no professional -- just read alot.
