Hi kids --
Well, with egg firmly on our faces (not even Eggland's Best eggs ), we've found an error in our Rapid Rover Transport downloadable document available to you on the new RT webpage. Many thanks to alert reader Linda for pointing it out.
The error was in our description of what would happen on Sunday morning; we neglected to correct the document after Cathe decided to add back the Sunday morning Early Bird class. On Monday we'll have Cathe's web designer replace the documents that are on the webpage now with corrected MS Word, RTF and PDF versions. FOR NOW, however, we wanted to clarify this for you:
Cathe is definitely teaching a Sunday morning class -- it is from 7:00 to 8:00 and bus transportation will be provided FROM the hotels TO the gym and then FROM the gym TO the Diner.
The buses will NOT be going back to the hotels before the Brunch. After the Brunch, however, the buses will provide transport back to the hotels.
So if you're leaving on Sunday, we recommend that you check out of the hotels before coming to the gym on Sunday morning, and then, depending on your flight or train time, either bring your luggage with you on the bus and plan on having Rapid Rover pick you up directly from the Diner (lots of people do that every year), or plan on going back to the hotels on the buses from the Diner to pick up your luggage and have Rapid Rover pick you up at the hotels (lots of people do that, too).
EITHER WAY, definitely plan on cleaning up after class very quickly in the locker room at the gym. Don't try to go back to the hotels in between events -- you won't have time. Both of our two buses will wait for us for about 15 - 20 minutes or so after the class, and then will take us all to the Diner. We'll all be reasonably presentable if slightly stinky together.
Thanks everyone! Let us know if you find other errors in our downloadables -- it's a bit embarrassing after all our care and work (darn it) -- we have read these docs a zillion times!!! -- but we'd rather eat a little pride than steer you all wrong!!!!
