Please - need help to regain lost muscle definition

Dear Cathe or educated croud,

Could you tell me how many times you need to exercise each body part if you are going for definition?

I lost some upper body definition because I had to take some time off to heal from a injury. I have been working out slowly and am now back to where I was and ready to train harder.

I was thinking of Power hour, which I haven't done yet because I had injured myself. Should I alternate Power hour with MIS and P/S or just do Power hour? My body does seem to respond better to light weights and high reps.
