Ok, Shelley, consider yourself indulged. I even logged back in just to LOL and say I'm happy to hear you are happy about anything. Do it for yourself, go to the concert.
i don't know who Tool is, other than me, for not knowing who Tool is

Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming ‘Wow - what a ride!’ — Peter Sage
Tickets go on sale on Saturday and I will be driving to Rochester and it will sell out in about 3 minutes as it's at a small venue and I have Sophie that night.
I'm happy just to get the album and that should count too, right?
So what in the heck do they sing? I've heard of them but have no clue what they sing! I'll bet I've heard thier songs but didn't know it was them! LOL :7
Even if I told you what they sing, you would NEVER have heard them. The only station they get the slightest bit of radio play on would be independent/alternative stations, and then probably not much during peak listening hours.
They have a huge, rabid fan base though, and they've sold bazillion sof albums. The lead singer has about the best voice in rock today. IMO
OK, another Tool?-never-heard-of-'em-er here. I asked DH, the instructor of college aged men (boys?). He seemed worried that I'm spending a weekend with a Tool fan. Should I be scared? I'm looking forward to an education, Shelley.
